She works with her Miller Thomson team members in many areas of real estate law including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and strata property matters. Alizée also has experience with general corporate matters including asset and share transactions and corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Alizée completed a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a Master of Science in international and European politics. During law school, Alizée volunteered as a caseworker at Student Legal Assistance and provided summary legal advice in various Outreach Clinics. She is also a founding member of the Calgary Innocence Project, where she conducted research into claims of wrongful conviction.
