WAY OF USE
DEXCEL BIO 3000L is used undiluted. Paints might be removed from pieces by soaking in a bath
with or without sound waves.
Bath might be warmed at a temperature up to 60°C : at that temperature, the stripping is
increased ; but the evaporation stays very low.
DEXCEL BIO 3000 L
Stripped surfaces might be rinsed with water (jet under pressure) in order to remove paints,
varnished and soften and unglued coating..
Time of stripping depends on the nature of the coating to remove, its thickness and its
hardness (polymerization); and also depends on temperature or use of ultrasound waves.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L might remove thin coating (5-10μ) in 6 to 10 minutes. Action time might be
longer (1 to several hours, in case of multi-layered coating).

DEXCEL BIO 3000L meets these requirements, and then, breaks free from all standards paint removers containing solvents or water & aggressive
compounds.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L DOES NOT CONTAIN PETROLEUM
DERIVATIVES
Most of standards paint removers contain hydrocarbons, or aromatic hydrocarbons that are harmful
and that may be very dangerous for the environment (harmful to aquatic organisms, very low
biodegradability).
Moreover, hydrocarbons market is subjected to strong tension, due to geopolitical problems; but
also due to the inescapable scarcity of petroleum. So, we, MMCC, choose to propose long-lasting
solutions.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L is one of these solutions.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L IS NOT DANGEROUS FOR THE USER
The use of strong and aggressive products is necessary for the stripping of varnishes and coatings.
These products might be dangerous for the user.
Paint removers might be solvent-based :

Paint removers might be water-based and contain corrosive compounds :

DEXCEL BIO 3000L does not contain any of these dangerous substances. Its constituents are not
dangerous for the health (according to directive 67/648/CEE). They are neither toxic, nor
carcinogenic, nor toxic for reproduction, nor harmful, nor irritant, nor sensitive, nor
corrosive.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L is of great comfort of use. It is nearly odourless, does not cause skin dryness. This
product is almost non volatile; it does not induce dizziness, headache, nauseas.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L IS NOT DANGEROUS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
DEXCEL BIO 3000L is almost not volatile and reduces at 0% the emissions of organic vapours in the
atmosphere. Then, stripping-shops can easily respect the limitation laid down by the directive
1999/13/CE on volatile organic compounds.
It does not emit dangerous compound for the ozone layer, or compound participating to the global
warning of the atmosphere.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L is easily biodegradable (OCDE test 301B) and completely biodegradable (OCDE
test 302C)
DEXCEL BIO 3000L might be used to remove external paints : there is no risk for the environment,
no risk of pollution. It also simplifies the management of rinsing effluents coming from strippingshops : they might be treated in sewerage plant (after filtration of the removed-paints; and
according to the current regulation).
DEXCEL BIO 3000L REMOVES COATINGS, EVEN THE
POLYMERIZED ONE
DEXCEL BIO 3000L is a blend composed of harmless raw materials that, thanks to a synergetic
action, removes entirely paints such like harmful or toxic blends.
DEXCEL BIO 3000L does not evaporate and does not dry. It allows prolonged time of contact, with
no loss of efficiency (essential condition to remove coatings with important thickness or to treat
great surfaces in one application).
DEXCEL BIO 3000L acts on paints, varnishes, coatings, that are air-dried, air polymerized, baked
in the oven, or UV polymerized:
