06 17 08 85 58, [email protected] BNI is creating a buzz in the Alpes Maritimes and Var areas… (on pourrait dire aussi… is creating a buzz on the French Riviera and Var areas) Creation of several new networking groups, nomination of regional directors.. a highly profitable “back to business” this Fall… “98% of companies rely on word of mouth marketing to generate new business, but only 3% have a real strategy in place to develop business referrals” points out Marc Willam Attié, National Director for BNI France. Actively promoting word of mouth business referrals is a well-thought-out strategy which must be rolled out (implemented) through an action plan. It is a MUST for solo entrepreneurs and companies alike. Word of mouth marketing allows TPE (Very small business organizations) and PME (small to medium size businesses), independent professionals, craftsmen, shopkeepers and traders or managers to take full advantage of the power of their networks. “Business Network International” has developed an expertise in helping members across the world succeed, thanks to a very efficient and proven networking method. BNI, the largest global marketing referral network, launched its first group in France in 2004 and has since grown to over 100 networking groups and over 2000 members as of 2011. BNI members worldwide, exchanged 10 million business referrals in 2011 representing more than €3 billion in business transactions. The objectives of BNI France are to continue its development in the Alpes Maritimes, Monaco and Var areas while increasing the volume of business transactions based on referrals. Beginning in the Fall 2012, two new regional directors will oversee this development, Ettore Cadel for the Var department (83) and Bettina Fröhlich for the Alpes Maritimes (06 and Monaco(98). New groups have been created in Antibes, Nice Airport, Sophia Antipolis and Saint-Raphaël and soon other groups will be created in Grasse and nearby major activity centers allowing local entrepreneurs to join a networking group. For the first time in France, two pilot groups were created in the Alpes Maritimes, in Monaco and Mougins, to meet the needs of the growing international business community using English as a common business language.
