Centraline aggiuntive per Turbodiesel
RAPID: Regolatore Aumento Portata Iniezione Diesel
Applicabile su veicoli Turbo Diesel con controllo elettronico della pompa. Questo modulo agisce in parallelo tra la
centralina originale e la pompa d’iniezione del gasolio: l’installazione é semplice, veloce e non comporta interventi né
sulla meccanica né sull’elettronica originale.
E’ dotato di connettori originali specifici per ogni auto.
RAPID é regolabile mediante una console di taratura (o mediante potenziometri), incrementando le prestazioni di
potenza e coppia dell’auto fino al 25%*.
L’apparecchio è garantito per 24 mesi.
E’ possibile commutare in ogni momento tra le prestazioni originali e quelle modificate per mezzo di un interruttore
*l’incremento può essere determinato da vari fattori e non e mai lo stesso per ogni tipo di autovettura.

(1) Verificare il connettore rotondo a 7 vie presente sul cablaggio pompa-centralina: i fili dal lato pompa sono neri e numerati sulla guaina. Se il filo contrassegnato con 1 entra nel pin
numero 1 del connettore usare il cablaggio FRU010 altrimenti utilizzare il cabl. FRU008 (anche sul connettore è presente la numerazione dei contatti.
(2) Verificare il codice BOSCH sulla pompa del gasolio: se è 0460 406 993 o 0460 406 994 utilizzare il kit con cablaggio FRU002, altrimenti se è 0 460 406 995 o 0460 406 997 utilizzare il
kit con cablaggio FRU007.
(3) Le vetture motorizzate con il 1.9 TDI 90 e 110 CV AUDI/VW/SEAT/SKODA/FORD possono presentare due tipi di connettore in corrispondenza dell’uscita del cablaggio della pompa del
gasolio: è possibile un’identificazione mediante la sigla del motore consultando la seguente tabella delle corrispondenze sigla motore/cablaggio.

Sulle vetture di fabbricazione antecedente al 1996 è buona norma verificare il tipo di pompa per poter associare il cablaggio corretto e la taratura adeguata del Rapid U.
CODICE POMPA GASOLIO BOSCH
Il tipo di pompa può essere ricavato leggendo il codice BOSCH stampigliato sulla pompa stessa. Il codice delle pompe rotative BOSCH è composto da tre gruppi di numeri; es.:

identifica il tipo di pompa; es. 460 è la pompa VE (cioè rotativa), 401, 402 sono pompe in linea, ecc.
identifica il pompante (seconda cifra 0, 1, 2,… 0 pompante da 10, 1 pompante da 11 ecc.) e il numero di cilindri (la terza cifra: 4 indica quattro cil., 5 indica cinque cil., ecc.)
identificazione specifica delle caratteristiche e del modello di motore per cui è stata progettata (e qui bisogna controllare la tabella).

inserito non superi del 20% quella originale. In tal senso le tarature indicate sono da intendersi unicamente come base di partenza.
L’ acquisto di un kit Rapid digitale (Rapid U, Rapid ITV, Rapid CRT, Rapid V4T) diventa quindi condizionato dal possesso dell’apposita consolle di taratura ( F08IP-002 ).
