RACING TEAM (TKF)
C’était attendu, c’est fait !
Un Service Course unique et inédit voit le jour en France :
Alain COLIN (RKO) et Olivier BRUNEAU (ex KART RUNNER)
lancent le TONY KART FRANCE RACING TEAM.
Déjà Importateur exclusif des châssis
Tony Kart (multiples Champions du
Monde), Alain Colin structure une
organisation totalement nouvelle
avec un Service Course ambitieux
qui répond aux attentes du kart
«moderne» et des pilotes les plus
exigeants, tant sur les catégories
nationales qu’internationales.
«TKF» bénéficie du soutien officiel
des usines TONY KART et VORTEX,
notamment au niveau technique
(développement, évolutions, tests,
nouveautés, assistance).
Dès 2009, le «TKF» sera présent sur
l’ensemble des épreuves suivantes :
Championnats d’Europe CIK, Grand
Prix Open FFSA (KF2, KF3 et KZ2),
Championnat WSK, Rotax Max
European Challenge, Bridgestone
Cup.
«Notre volonté d’efficacité et de
réactivité nous a conduit à la création
d’un service «motorisation» permanent
«RKO Motors». Ce service assure
également la motorisation du TONY
KART France RACING TEAM et est
dirigé par Olivier Bruneau qui travaille
en étroite collaboration avec le motoriste
VORTEX, assurant ainsi le développement et le suivi des moteurs sur
tous les circuits» confirme Alain
Colin.
A ce titre, RKO MOTORS dispose
dès à présent d’un matériel de très
«haute Technologie», dont un banc
d’essais moteurs avec programme
informatique dernière génération
(unique en Europe !), banc d’allumage,
banc carburateurs, de nombreux
appareillages de contrôles et mesures.
«TKF», établi à Angerville (91), dispose
d’ores et déjà d’une nouvelle
infrastructure avec des ateliers
spécifiques «Service Course» et
«RKO MOTORS».
Une organisation optimale rendue
possible par de nombreux moyens
logistiques mis à la disposition du
Team :
Un Camion 19t, avec atelier, salon de
debriefing, de repos, et espace
réceptif (pour accueil pilotes et
sponsors).
Un Fourgon pour l’acheminement et
maintenance moteur.
Un véhicule navette pour le transport
des pilotes, des mécaniciens et des
partenaires.
Et le matériel sur les pistes : outillage,
outils de télémétrie et système video.
L’ensemble de ces moyens est mis à
disposition de l’Equipe, composée
d’un motoriste à plein temps, de
mécaniciens professionnels, passionnés ;
d’autre part, ce Team bénéficie des
compétences et expériences de
Christophe Marin, responsable de la
Boutique-Atelier RKO, importateur
exclusif France de TONY KART et
VORTEX.

L’implication de tous les membres de
l’Equipe ira bien au-delà d’un simple
suivi technique sur les pistes et
apportera un réel suivi sportif et un
encadrement continu au pilote pour
qu’il donne le meilleur de lui-même
dans une ambiance sereine et propice

attachée de presse dédiée couvrira
les événements et assurera les relations
du «TKF» avec les pilotes et les

A new and unique Race Service finally available in France:
Alain COLIN (RKO) and Olivier BRUNEAU (former KART
RUNNER) launch the TONY KART FRANCE RACING TEAM.
Exclusive importer of Tony Kart
(many-time World Champions)
chassis, now Alain Colin has created
a brand new organisation, in order to
provide an ambitious Race Service
capable of fulfilling the needs of
«modern» karting and of the most
demanding drivers in both national
and international categories.
TONY KART and VORTEX officially
support «TKF», in particular from a
technical viewpoint (development,
progress, tests, innovations, assistance).
From 2009, «TKF» will be present at
all these events:
European CIK Championships, FFSA
Grand Prix Open (KF2, KF3 and KZ2),
WSK Championship, Rotax Max
European Challenge, Bridgestone Cup.
«We wanted to provide effective and
timely services, and this is why
we decided to offer a permanent
«motorisation» service, «RKO Motors».
This system also provides engine
tune-up services to TONY KART
France RACING TEAM and is coordinated
by Olivier Bruneau, who closely
cooperates with engine manufacturer
VORTEX, thereby ensuring engine
development and follow-up on every
circuit» Alain Colin confirms.
This is why RKO MOTORS has very
«high-tech» equipment at its disposal,
including an engine test bench
equipped with state-of-the-art software
(the only one in Europe!), an ignition
test bench, carburettor benches, as
well as a wide range of control and
measurement equipment.
«TKF», whose main office is in
Angerville (91), has already created a
new infrastructure, with its specialised
workshops «Race Services» and
«RKO MOTORS».
A very efficient organisation which
has been made possible by the many
logistic means the Team can rely on:
a 19-ton truck, equipped with workshop,
debriefing room, relax room and
meeting area to welcome drivers and
sponsors;
a van for engine transport and
maintenance;
a shuttle to transport drivers, mechanics
and partners
as well as equipment to circuits:
tools, telemetry tools and video
systems.
All these technical means are at the
disposal of the team, which is
composed of a full-time engine
tune-up specialist and dedicated
professional mechanics; moreover,
the team will benefit from the
competence and experience of
Christophe Marin, in charge of RKO,
a store and laboratory that exclusively
imports TONY KART and VORTEX
to France.

The involvement of all team members
will go beyond the simple technical
follow-up during events and will bring
in real sports support and continuous
assistance to drivers, in order to
encourage them to give their best in
a relaxed atmosphere, ideal to
improve performances.
As for communications, a dedicated
press attaché will cover events and
ensure relations between «TKF» and
drivers and sponsors.
With the launch of TONY KART
France RACING TEAM, a whole team
will be at your disposal and at the
service of your success.
