Chaque membre qui fera partie de l’équipe du Québec pour le Championnat canadien junior masculin aura droit à
des vêtements. Les membres de l’équipe devront porter ces vêtements lors de la compétition par équipe.
Prenez note que Golf Québec ne défraie plus aucune modification à apporter aux vêtements, si ceci doit être fait.
All team members representing Golf Québec at the Canadian Junior Boys Championship will be given pieces of
clothing. The team members will have to wear the clothing during the team competition.
Please note that Golf Québec will no longer par for any alteration to any piece of clothing, if this is applicable.
INSCRIPTION – REGISTRATION
Chaque joueur sera responsable de s’inscrire au Championnat canadien junior masculin et de payer son inscription.
Golf Québec ne payera plus les inscriptions des joueurs qualifiés.
Each player will be responsible to register at the Canadian Junior Boys Championship and pay their own registration.
Golf Québec will no longer pay registration fees of the qualified players.
HÉBERGEMENT – LODGING
Golf Québec s’occupera de faire les réservations pour les membres de l’équipe au Championnat canadien junior
masculin et ceux-ci devront partager une chambre avec un de leur coéquipier. Il ne sera pas permis aux membres de
l’équipe de rester dans aucunes autres chambres que celles réservées par Golf Québec.
Golf Québec will make the reservations for all team members for the Canadian Junior Boys Championship and all
members will have to share a room with another team member. It will not be permitted for team members to stay on
any room than the one reserved by Golf Québec.
DÉPLACEMENTS – TRAVELLING
VOL :
Chaque joueur sera responsable de faire sa propre réservation pour le vol d’avion pour participer au Championnat
canadien junior masculin. Golf Québec remboursera jusqu’à un maximum de 800 $ pour chacun des membres de
l’équipe. Ceux-ci devront faire parvenir une copie de leur réservation de vol à Golf Québec pour se faire rembourser.
VOITURE DE LOCATION :
Une location automobile sera faite par Golf Québec au site de tournoi et les joueurs seront obligés d’utiliser ce
moyen de transport. Aucune exception ne sera permise.
FLIGHT:
Each player will be responsible for his personal flight reservation to participate in the Canadian Junior Boys’
Championship. Golf Québec will reimburse up to a maximum of $800 for each team member. These players will
have to submit a copy of their flight reservation to Golf Québec to get the reimbursement.
CAR RENTAL:
Golf Québec will rent a vehicle at the tournament site and it will be mandatory for the players to use this mode of
transportation.
REPAS – FOOD
Golf Québec allouera le per diem suivant pour chacun des repas :
1. Déjeuner : 7 $
2. Diner : 9 $
3. Souper : 16 $
Veuillez prendre note qui si des repas sont inclus dans le championnat, Golf Québec n’allouera pas de per diem pour
ces repas et ce, même si le joueur décide de ne pas présenter à ces repas.
Golf Québec will allow a per diem as follows:
1. Breakfast: $7
2. Lunch: $9
3. Diner: $16
Please note that if some meals are included at the championship, Golf Québec will not give the per diem for those
meals, even if a player doesn’t show at these meals.
