B: C’est une ville dans le nord de la France à côté de Lille. It’s a city in the north of France next to Lille. A: Est‐ce que c’est une grande ville? Is it a big city? B: Ce n’est pas très une grande ville mais c’est très chalereux. It’s not a very big city but it’s very warm and welcoming. A: Est‐ce qu’il y a une grande église à Douai? Is there a big church in Douai? B: Il n’y a pas de grande église mais il y a un grand beffroi. There isn’t a big church but there’s a big belfry. A: Est‐ce que tu habites dans un joli quartier? Do you live in a nice neighborhood. B: Le quartier n’est pas chic mais les gens sont sympas! The neighborhood isn’t too nice but the people are nice! A: Est‐ce qu’il a une piscine à Douai?
