Bonjour les amis,
Tout d'abord nous pouvons vous annoncer que la page web proposant le SIM-PSK31 a dépassé les 1000
visites et 550 téléchargements en seulement quelques jours d'existence.
Le programme est maintenant testé dans 40 pays différents, dont vous trouverez les détails ci-dessous.
Toutes nos félicitations à Nizar, c'est à lui que l'on doit la naissance du SIM et l'intérêt suscité par ce
nouveau mode...
Merci également à tous ceux qui ont, de près ou de loin contribué à apporter de nouvelles idées, et ont
aidé à tester le logiciel… Parmi ceux-ci, citons les Oms les plus actifs, ON2TSF, Bernard, ON7TV, Michel ,
et F1ABL, Michel qui a proposé une première ébauche de fichier d’aide à l’utilisation.
Le logiciel a déjà beaucoup évolué depuis sa mise en ligne, mais Nizar nous annonce pour très bientôt,
une amélioration importante, qui devrait encore renforcer la fiabilité du décodage dans les conditions
difficiles : Un varicode entrelacé.
Bien sûr, un tel changement rendra nécessaire une mise à jour vers la nouvelle version ; il est évident
que les deux varicodes ne seront plus compatibles entre eux ... mais ce n’est pas un problème, vous avez
chaque nouvelle version à disposition sur le site…
Certains pourraient penser qu’il y a trop de mises à jour, mais c’est pour répondre aux nombreuses
demandes des utilisateurs… il faut que le programme évolue vers la facilité d’emploi, et puis comme le
disent nos amis italiens, "chi va piano va sano" … Qui va lentement va sûrement ...
Notre hobby n’est-il pas avant tout l'expérimentation des techniques radio ?
C'est bien ce que nous faisons ici non ? et finalement, c'est le résultat final qui compte!

Thanks to all those who, in one way or another contributed while bringing new ideas, and did help to
test this software ... Among these I would include the most actives ON2TSF, Bernard, ON7TV, Michel,
F1ABL Michel, whom proposed a first draft of the help file for users. ( this file will be translated very
soon ).
The software has evolved considerably since it was put on line, but Nizar announces for very soon, a
significant improvement, which should further more enhance the reliability of decoding in difficult
conditions : An interlaced varicode .
Of course, such a change will oblige to upgrade to the new version ; it is clear that both varicodes will
no longer stay compatible with each other... but this is not a problem, you have every release available
on the site...
Some people might think there are too many updates, but it is to answer to numerous requests from
users ... we need the program progresses to ease of use…
Anyway, as tell our Italian friends, "chi va piano va sano" …Who goes slowly goes surely ...
Our hobby is it not first and foremost the radio technical experimentation ?
