Il Vertbag è formato in bobina continua che permette alta velocità di produzione ed automatismo; le borse sono termosaldate.
Il film, disponibile anche in versione trasparente, è stampabile fino ad 8 colori con risoluzioni fotografiche. Grande spazio utilizzabile come
supporto stampa per contenere tutte le informazioni e caratteristiche del prodotto. L’immagine è centrata su tutta la grandezza della borsa
ma può anche essere ripetitiva per permettere la lavorazione di diversi quantitativi di prodotto utilizzando la stessa bobina.
La rete estrusa, disponibile in tutti i colori, offre traspirazione ed arricchisce il prodotto risaltandone il colore senza nasconderne il contenuto.
È possibile applicare un’etichetta adesiva per codice a barre ed ulteriori dati che variano giornalmente o la stampa diretta sulla confezione
tramite transfer. Il Vertbag offre la massima visibilità nei punti vendita grazie alla sua posizione verticale ed all’ampio spazio dedicato alla
comunicazione. Questa confezione è estremamente versatile è infatti indicata per svariate tipologie di prodotti come patate, cipolle, agrumi,

High impact vertical bag in extruded net and film
Vertbag is made in continuous rolls which enables high production capacity
and automation; the bags are heat-welded.
The film, also available in clear version, can be printed with up to 8 colours
in high resolution. Ample printable area, in fact this bag has been created
to give as much space as possible to communication in order to contain the
main produce’s characteristics and information.
Customised printing is centred but may be repetitive to allow the packing of
different quantities of produce with the same roll. The extruded net, available in all colours, let the produce breath and enhances its aspect without
hiding it. Adhesive label option for bar codes and other variable data; in
alternative ink transfer can be used. Vertbag offers the maximum visibility
thanks to the vertical position and to the ample communication space.
It is an extremely versatile bag; in fact it can be used for several kind of
produce such as potatoes, onions, citrus fruits, green beans, garlic, shallot,
legumes, nuts and chestnuts. Packs from 250 gr. to 5 kg.

El Vertbag se compone de una bobina continua que permite alta velocidad
de producción y automatismo. La confección viene cerrada sólo con la acción del calor. El film, disponible también en versión trasparente, se puede
imprimir hasta 8 colores con rendimiento fotográfico.
Grande espacio de impresión utilizable para contener todas las informacions
y características del producto. La personalización está centrada en toda la
grandeza de la bolsa o también puede ser ripetitiva para poder envasar pesos diferentes con la misma bobina. La malla extruida, disponible en todos
los colores, da color y vivacidad al contenido sin cubrirlo. Es posible aplicar
una etiqueta térmica adesiva o transfer para códigos de barras y otros datos
variables. Vertbag ofrece la máxima visibilidad sobre las astanterias gracias a
la posición vertical y al espacio para la comunicación.
Ademas esta bolsa es muy versátil y puede contener una vasta gama de
productos como patatas, cebollas, cítricos, judias, ajo, legumbres, nuezes,

Le film, disponible également en version transparente, est imprimable jusqu’à 8 couleurs avec résolutions photographiques. Vaste espace utilisable
comme support impression afin d’obtenir toutes les informations et caractéristiques du produit. L’image est centrée sur toute la grandeur du sachet
mais peut être également répétitive afin de permettre le conditionnement
de différentes quantités de produit utilisant la même bobine.
Le filet extrudé, disponible dans toutes les couleurs, offre transpiration et
enrichit le produit rehaussant la couleur sans cacher le contenu.
Il est possible d’appliquer une étiquette adhésive pour le code à barres et
ultérieurs données, qui varient quotidiennement, ou imprimer à transfer directement sur l’emballage. Le vertbag offre le maximum de visibilité dans
les points de vente grâce à sa position verticale et au vaste espace dédié à
