$75.00 CDN
Email entries will be accepted. However, a signed original must be provided and payment for
entries must be received before the event starts.
Cheques made payable to: Club de Chien Rapporteur de Montréal Inc.
Cheques must accompany entry form.
A listing fee of $9.40 (includes HST) per dog, must accompany each entry for which the CKC
individual registration number is not shown on the entry form. Note: CKC litter registration
numbers are not acceptable.
NOTES:
A non-member participation fee of $57.60 plus applicable taxes will be charged to a resident of
Canada who is a non-member of the CKC.
The non-member participation fee is paid in any year a title is earned and covers all titles and
dogs owned by that individual.
In order for the title to be awarded, the non-member will have a choice to either become a CKC
member or pay the non-member participation fee. Failure to comply within 30 days of
notification will result in the title being withheld and the dog cannot be moved up to the next
level.
CKC Membership Application and the Non-Member Participation Fee forms are available on the
CKC website under CKC Services and the Forms on-line.
Running Order will be posted on the NRCC Forum http://nrcc-canada.proboards.com/ .The
starting dog in the first series of the stake will be determined by using the last two digits at closing
of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) S&P/TSX composite index on the Tuesday immediately
preceding the trial. There will be a system of rotation for running order in the stake.
Any entry scratched after the draw, will require a veterinary certificate for any refund. A $5.00
administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.
The Montreal Retriever Club Inc. is a member of the National Retriever Club of Canada. Dogs
entered may qualify for National Stakes.
PRIX /AWARDS:
CKC rosettes will be awarded to all dogs placing and dogs awarded a Certificate of Merit.

By entering this event, each participant agrees to assume all risks and hazards incidental to
participation in the event and agrees to release, save harmless and indemnify the owners of the
property upon which the event is held, together with their agents, employees and
representatives from all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death,
injury, loss or damage to the person, dog, or property of the participant howsoever caused,
arising out of or in connection with the participant's use or entry upon the property. It is
understood that this agreement is binding upon the participant and all of his heirs, executors and
assignees.
UTILISATION DE TERRAIN / LAND USE:
Handlers, please note that all land we use is private and is provided by the owners on the
understanding that the club and its guests will respect their generosity. We ask that you respect
posted land, that you do not litter, and park and air dogs where directed by club officials.
RÈGLEMENTS DE LA C.C.C. / RULES OF THE C.K.C.:
Rule 21.7 of the Retriever Field Trial Rules & Regulations states: It shall be the duty and obligation
of the trial-giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an event
held under these rules, is not subject to indignities of any kind. The Retriever Field Trial Committee
Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline
Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a report
indicating that this has occurred.
RULE: 4.1.6 of the Field Trial Rules states: A Trial Secretary shall assume the responsibility of
collecting all listing fees for the CKC.
