IT OFFICER (1 POSITION) CATEGORY P3
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directly responsible to the Head of Administration and Human
Resources Division
• Analysis and development of computer applications;
• Development and maintenance of the website of the Court
• Maintenance of existing applications: troubleshooting and technical
support;
• Development of interfaces between existing and future applications
of the Court of Justice in order to obtain a stable and efficient
information system;
• Participation in all project linked to information system of the Court
and ownership of roles that will be his/hers in order to take charge
of obligations and time limits;
• Establishment of a management solution and coordination of
information flow in accordance with the internal information system
of the Court;
• Participation in the distribution and integration of solutions in
production environments of the local area network of the Court
(LAN);
• First-class support in the integration of any software solution and
training of users in the context of ongoing and future projects;
• Implementation of operating manuals for the various systems
deployed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information
Technology
• Must have at least seven (7) years post qualification professional
experience in a technical and functional management project in
which large projects have been carried out to completion;
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in software
and/or web platforms development;
• Must have a mastery of the concept and technology of software
engineering workshops and have great experience in the design,
distribution and use of related databases;
• Must have a mastery of Mysql, Postgresql and SQL databases in
general;
• Must have the ability to use tools or language programming such
as HTML, ASP, PHP, C, C++, CSS and JAVASCRIPT;
• Must have a good knowledge of the Internet and associated
technologies;
• Must have a good aptitude for analysis and synthesis,
organizational skills and good ability to work as a team in a
multicultural environment;
• Must have an excellent ability to communicate in French and/or
English and/or Portuguese;
• A good knowledge of one of the two other languages would be an
added advantage.

TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES
Rend compte au Chef de Division Administration et Ressources
Humaines ;
Analyse et développement des applications informatiques ;
Développement et maintenance du site web de la Cour
Maintenance des applications existantes : dépannage et support
technique ;
Développement d'interfaces entre les applications existantes et
futures de la Cour de Justice dans le but d’obtenir un système
d’information stable et efficace ;
Participation à tout projet lié au système d'information de la Cour et
prise en main des rôles qui seront les siens pour la tenue des
obligations et des délais ;
Mise en place d'une solution de gestion et de coordination des flux
d'informations internes en accord avec le système d’information de
la Cour ;
Participation au déploiement et à l'intégration de solutions en
environnement de production du réseau local de la Cour (LAN) ;
Support de premier rang dans l'intégration de toute solution
logicielle et la formation des utilisateurs dans le cadre des projets
en cours et futurs ;
Mise en place des manuels d'exploitation pour les différents
systèmes déployés ;
Effectue toutes autres tâches en relation avec ses attributions.
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCE
• Etre titulaire d’une licence ou diplôme équivalent en informatique ;
• Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins sept (7) ans
acquise après la formation dans un environnement de gestion
technique et fonctionnelle de projet dans lequel de grands projets
ont été menés jusqu’à leur terme ;
• Justifier d’une expérience minimum de trois (3) ans dans le
développement de logiciels et/ou de plateformes web ;
• Maîtrise du concept et de la technologie des ateliers de génie
logiciel et disposer dune grande expérience dans la conception, le
déploiement et l’utilisation des bases de données relationnelles ;

• Maitrise des bases de données Mysql, Postgresql et le langage
SQL en général ;
• Capacité d’utilisation des outils ou langage de programmation
comme HTML, ASP, PHP, C, C++, CSS, et JAVASCRIPT ;
• Bonne connaissance d’Internet et des technologies associées ;
• Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, sens de l’organisation et
bonne aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un environnement
multiculturel ;
• Avoir une excellente capacité à communiquer en français et/ou
anglais et/ou portugais ;
• Une bonne connaissance d'une des deux autres langues
constituerait un atout.
