Lubrification - Lubrication
Insérer l’extrémité de la pompe sur le graisseur.
Type de lubrifiant : graisse à base de savon au lithium de classe NLGI 2.
Pour des applications avec de très nombreux cycles ou dans des environnements difficiles, les intervalles de relubrification doivent être plus
fréquents. Merci de contacter ROLLON pour des conseils.

Insert the tip of the grease gun in the specific grease blocks.
For lubrication of linear units use lithium soap grease NLGI 2.
For specially stressed applications or difficult enviromental conditions, lubrication should be carried out more frequently. Apply to Rollon for futher advice.

Opérations préliminaires - Preliminary operations
Avant toute opération de maintenance, positionner le chariot en butée
basse.

Retirer les deux carters de protection.
Desserrer les 4 vis de la plaque de maintien de la courroie.
Desserrer la vis de blocage de sécurité.
Marquer la position de la vis de tension de la courroie et la desserrer
de 6 tours.
Prior to any operation on the axis, move thisone to the lower stopping
point.

Remove the two guards.
Loosen the lock screws of the upper fastening plate of the belt.
Loosen the screw of the safety block.
Mark the traction screw of the take-up unitand then loosen this
by 6 turns.

Remplacement du réducteur - Gearbox side replacement
5 • Desserrer et retirer les 4 vis de fixation.
6 • Desserrer la vis du moyeu de serrage sans toucher aux vis de la
poulie.
7 • Retirer l’arbre avec la poulie et monter le nouveau réducteur.
Pour le remontage, réaliser les opérations ci-avant dans l’ordre
inverse en faisant particulièrement attention à l’alignement des
poulies.
5 • Loosen and remove the lock screws of the reduction unit and remove it.
6 • Loosen the lock screw of the clamp type spliner without touching the
screws of the pulley.
7 • Slide out the drive shaft and insert it on thenew reduction unit.
For re-assembly, perform the above operations in reverse order
paying particular attention to the alignment of the pulleys.

Avant le démontage, marquer la position axiale de la poulie et
du moyeu sur l’arbre.
Prior to replacement, mark the axial position of the pulley and
of the spliner to restore the exact position on the drive shaft.

Changement de côté du réducteur - Unit side change
8 • Retirer le capot servant de logement du roulement côté opposé au
réducteur.
9 • Insérer le réducteur côté opposé.
Pour le remontage du réducteur, faire particulièrement attention à
l’alignement des poulies. Remonter ensuite le capot avec la
rondelle de précharge.
8 • Remove the bearing holder plate from the side opposite the
reduction unit.
9 • Insert the reduction unit from the opposite side.
For re-assembly, perform the above operations in reverse order
paying particular attention to thealignment of the pulleys.

Remplacement des patins à billes - Replacement of the ball re-circulation
10 • Desserrer la vis sans tête et retirer le balai de protection.
11 • Retirer les vis de fixation du patin.
12 • Retirer le patin en le translatant.
Pour le remontage, effectuer les opérations ci-avant dans l’ordre
inverse. Lors du remontage du patin, celui-ci se mettra automatiquement en contact avec le raccord pour le graissage.
10 • Remove the protection brush.
11 • Loosen and remove the sliding block lock screws.
12 • Slide out the sliding block.
For re-assembly, reverse the operations described above. During
insertion, the new sliding block will be inserted automatically
in the fast disconnect of the grease block.

Avant de remonter un patin, s’assurer que le graisseur
a été retiré.
Before re-assembling the new sliding block be sure that the
original lubricating nipples has been removed.

Remplacement de la courroie - Drive belt replacement
13 • Dévisser et retirer les plaques hautes et basses maintenant la
courroie. Retirer et remplacer la courroie.
14 • Positionner correctement la courroie.
Remonter les deux plaques et refaire la tension.
Revisser la vis de blocage de sécurité.
13 • Unscrew and remove the upper and lower belt fastening plates.
Slide out and replace the belt.
14 • Pay particular attention to correct positioning of the belt.
Re-assemble the fastening plates and re-adjust belt tension. Lock
the screw of the take-up unit in position with the specific clip.

GUARANTEE PERFECT FUNCTIONING OF THE SYSTEM. ROLLON SHALL NOT
BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT RE-ASSEMBLY OF THE PARTS
CONCERNED.
BEFORE STARTING THE SYSTEM AFTER GENERAL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, ALWAYS CHECK THE CORRECT ALIGNMENT OF THE PULLEYS.
Réglage de la plaque de détection - Proximity switch adjustment
15 • Positionner la plaque de détection à l’endroit souhaité.
16 • La visser dans le profilé.
17 • Insérer le capteur et le visser jusqu’à ce qu’il soit en contact avec la
plaque de détection. Le desserrer ensuite d’un demi-tour pour qu’il
soit à une distance correcte.
Serrer ensuite l’écrou pour verrouiller la position.
15 • Bring the end of stroke sliding block to the position required.
16 • Fasten this in place.
17 • Insert the proximity switch and tighten this until it is in contact
with the sliding block. At this point, tighten it for 1/2 turn to
bring it to the correct distance.
Tighten the proximity switch in position drawing up the lock-nut.
