POUR LES ETATS MEMBRES Les frais seront pris en charge par la Commission dans les limites de sa réglementation pour un expert par Etat membre: FRAIS DE VOYAGE: OUI (VOL CLASSE ECONOMIQUE ou TRAIN PREMIERE CLASSE) FRAIS DE SEJOUR: NON Il sera demandé à chaque expert de donner tous les détails relatifs à sa banque (nom et adresse de la banque, numéro et titulaire du compte bancaire, IBAN, code guichet). Coordonnées bancaires Pour l'enregistrement d'un nouveau compte bancaire (c'est-à-dire en cas de premier paiement par la Commission sur ce compte) ou modification des données bancaires, il est impératif de remettre au secrétaire de réunion, sous forme papier: - soit, un document (ou copie) émis par la banque reprenant les données suivantes : numéro et titulaire du compte (extrait de compte, avis d'ouverture de compte, relevé d'identité bancaire RIB), accompagné du signalétique financier en annexe dûment complété et signé par le titulaire du compte; - soit, à défaut, ce signalétique financier dûment complété et signé par la banque et par le titulaire du compte. Sans ce(s) document(s), les services de la Commission ne pourront procéder au remboursement des frais. Financial_fr.xls NOUVEAU ! S'il s'agit de votre compte privé, les services de la Commission ont décidé que le remboursement des experts gouvernementaux ne peut se faire que sur un compte au nom de leur État ou ministère. Veuillez donc dans ce cas nous apporter les coordonnées bancaires nécessaires au remboursement. Si les coordonnées bancaires qui se trouvent sur votre étiquette reprennent déjà comme bénéficiaire votre État ou un ministère, aucune démarche additionnelle ne sera nécessaire. **************************** 6 ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION A. FOR THE MEMBER STATES The Commission will, in accordance with its rules, bear the expenses of one expert per Member State as follows: TRAVEL EXPENSES: YES (ECONOMY FLIGHT or FIRST CLASS TRAIN) SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES: NO Each expert will be requested to give his or her bank details (name and address of bank, number and holder of account, IBAN, bank code). Bank details It is essential for the registration of a new account (i.e. in the event of a first payment by the Commission on this account) or for the modification of existing bank account detail to provide the following information, in paper form, to the meeting secretary: - either a document (or copy) issued by the bank giving the following details: account number and name of account holder (bank statement, notice of the opening of the account, bank identity statement), together with the financial identification sheet given in the annex, duly completed and signed by the account holder; - or the attached financial identification sheet duly completed and signed by the bank and by the account holder. Without the above-mentioned document(s), the Commission services will be unable to proceed with the reimbursement claim. Financial_en.xls NEW! May we kindly ask you to check the bank account which is on your sticker? If you have been using your private account for the reimbursement of your travel costs up to now, please provide the Commission with the bank details of your Ministry.
