Le cabinet KLEYR GRASSO est fier d’annoncer les promotions de Me Donata GRASSO en tant qu’associée,
de Me Philippe NEY en tant que Counsel et de Me Henry DE RON en tant que Senior Associate et ce avec
effet au 1er juillet 2014.
Donata GRASSO travaille au sein du département contentieux droit des sociétés et financier. Elle est
spécialisée dans le contentieux bancaire et financier, le contentieux droit des sociétés et celui relatif
aux procédures d’insolvabilité. Donata bénéficie en outre d’une solide expérience en matière de litiges
transfrontaliers et internationaux. Membre du barreau de Luxembourg depuis 1996, elle a rejoint l’étude en
2013, après avoir passé 17 ans au sein d’un cabinet international dit du « magic circle ».
Philippe NEY travaille au sein du département droit du travail et droit social du cabinet. Il conseille sur tous
les aspects de droit du travail (matières contentieuses et non-contentieuses) et intervient régulièrement
en tant qu’orateur à des formations et conférences dans ce domaine. Membre du barreau de Luxembourg
depuis 2007, il a rejoint l’étude en 2010.
Henry DE RON a rejoint le cabinet en 2009. Il concentre son activité sur des litiges de nature civile et
commerciale impliquant des questions de responsabilité civile. Il intervient aussi sur des questions de droit
immobilier et d’assurances et entretient son blog « Luxemburger Haftungsrecht ». Après avoir accompli en
2007 un LL.M à la Cornell Law School, il est membre du barreau de Luxembourg (Avocat à la Cour) depuis
2008. Il est également membre des barreaux de New York depuis 2008 et de Paris depuis 2011.

The law firm KLEYR GRASSO is proud to announce the promotions of Me Donata GRASSO as Partner, Me
Philippe NEY as Counsel and Me Henry DE RON as Senior Associate with effect on 1st July 2014.
Donata GRASSO works in the corporate finance litigation department of the firm. She is specialised in banking
and finance litigation, as well as corporate and insolvency related disputes. Donata also has significant
experience in cross-border and international litigation. Member of the Luxembourg Bar Association since
1996, she joined the firm in 2013 after spending 17 years at a ‘magic circle’ law firm.
Philippe NEY works in the employment and social law department of the firm. He advises on all aspects
of labour law (contentious and non-contentious matters) and regularly speaks at training sessions and
conferences in this field. Member of the Luxembourg Bar Association since 2007, he joined the firm in 2010.
Henry DE RON joined the firm in 2009. He focuses on civil and commercial litigation involving liability issues.
He also advises on real estate matters and insurance issues and is the author of the blog ‘Luxemburger
Haftungsrecht’. After completing an LL.M. at Cornell Law School, he became a member of the Luxembourg
Bar Association in 2008. Henry is also a member of the New York Bar Association since 2008 and of the
Paris Bar Association since 2011.
