La combinaison d’un pigment à opacité élevée et de matières premières très particulières a permis d’obtenir une encre à pouvoir couvrant élevé pour une faible viscosité. La nouvelle formulation garantit Ce nouveau vernis de surimpression pour étiquettes auto-adhésives procure un toucher agréable très particulier – une sensation de peau de pêche d’une extrême douceur. en même temps des valeurs COF faibles, ce qui permet au sleeve de glisser facilement lorsqu’il est posé sur le récipient. Choisissez ce blanc standard Flexo UV pour des récipients avec une fonction de barrière. Pour les récipients sans barrière, Siegwerk offrira bientôt un blanc de la famille SICURA Nutriflex à migration optimisée. Guide pour les encres d’impression destinées aux emballages de denrées La brochure remaniée fournit de précieuses alimentaires informations concernant la sécurité des produits et les questions juridiques en rapport avec les emballages de denrées alimentaires. Contrairement à la première édition de cette brochure très appréciée de nos clients, le guide actualisé traite toutes les prescriptions et lois en vigueur dans le monde entier. Le vernis a une faible viscosité et convient très bien pour être appliqué par groupe flexographique ou vernisseur. Il se caractérise par une bonne résistance au frottement, il ne mousse pas et ne jaunit pas. Un extraordinaire vernis de surimpression qui procure aux étiquettes un effet tactile particulier et visuellement accrocheur. Le vernis convient particulièrement pour les applications sur papiers ainsi que des supports plastiques sélectionnés. Il est également autorisé pour des applications dans le secteur des denrées alimentaires. Sur des papiers très absorbants, il est recommandé d’appliquer un bouche-pores avec un blanc transparent. Nouvel étiquetage des produits Siegwerk Dans le contexte de la nouvelle orientation de la Business Unit Sheetfed & Narrow Web, Siegwerk procédera à l’uniformisation des dénominations des séries de différents systèmes d’encres. Ci-contre, vous trouverez cinq exemples importants de noms de séries qui ont été harmonisés dans le cadre du concept global de dénomination. La nouveauté est que tous les produits et toutes les séries faible migration recevront le préfixe «Nutri». Vous saurez ainsi au premier coup d’œil qu’il s’agit d’un produit destiné aux applications pour les denrées alimentaires. SGH est une méthode de classification créée par l’ONU, agréée au plan international et de validité mondiale qui utilise des pictogrammes uniformes visant à mini- miser les dangers pour la santé humaine et l’environnement lors de la fabrication, du transport et de l’utilisation de produits chimiques. SGH est en vigueur depuis décembre 2010 pour les substances pures (comme l’alcool) et s’appliquera aussi aux mélanges (coupages, encres, vernis) dès le 1er juin 2015. Les symboles actuels ont été remplacés par des pictogrammes de danger. Siegwerk a saisi cette opportunité pour réorganiser son propre concept d’étiquetage et pour créer un nouveau format attractif pour étiqueter ses encres.
