EuTerm is a radiance heating system composed of radiating heating panels that
operate on hot water, superheated water or steam. The EuTerm system can run
on any energy source. The advantage of the ceiling radiant panels EUTERM is to
heat the rooms uniformly without layering; they don’t create any annoying air or
dust movement, optimizing the cut of consumptions and the relating operating
costs. The radiant panels EUTERM are particularly suitable for rooms with high fire
risk.
EuTerm is a natural heating system, since the transfer of the heat from the fluid
to the emitting plates, and from there to the room, does not require any special
mechanical or electrical parts because it takes place in accordance with the
physical laws governing heat transfer (conduction – convection – radiance).

EUTERM est un système de rayonnement à eau chaude et à eau froide. Les panneaux
EUTERM fonctionnent quelque soit la source d’énergie primaire ( gaz, énergie solaire,
pompe à chaleur...). Ils s’adaptent à tous types de bâtiments: production, surfaces
commerciales, locaux sportifs et tous les bâtiments où existent des risques d’incendie ou d’explosion. Un des principaux avantages - outre les économies d’énergie réside dans l’uniformité de confort sans aucun mouvement d’air. EUTERM est un
système de chauffage naturel avec lequel la transmission de chaleur du fluide à
l’émetteur et ensuite à l’ambiance se réalise sans aucun organe mécanique ou électrique ce qui évite totalement les risques de panne et de maintenance coûteux et
gênants . Les panneaux rayonnants EUTERM sont conformes à la norme EN 14037.

ORIGINAL SOLUTIONS FOR HIGH RADIANT YIELD
Besides the use of quality steel, the high yield of the
EUTERM panels is ensured by a production process
which guarantees, over time, perfect contact between
the tubes and the radiant plate. On request, side anticonvection aprons can be provided to reduce upwards
dispersion thus further increasing the temperature of
the radiant plate.

Le collecteur assure l’alimentation du panneau en fluide thermique. Sur un côté du
collecteur se trouve une prise filetée pour l’alimentation principale et à l’opposé les
connexions (à sertir) sur le panneau.
Le collecteur comporte aussi une mise à l’air libre et une vidange.
Selon le type d’alimentation choisi pour le circuit d’alimentation des panneaux, on trouve trois types de collecteurs:
Standard, avec une prise unique, il est utilisé sur les installations où l’entrée et la sortie
du fluide thermique se trouvent sur sur les extrémités opposées de chaque panneau.

VARIOUS TYPES OF headers
The purpose of the header is to connect the radiant
panels to the heating fluid supply circuit. On the side
of the header opposite the threaded attachment there
are welded or pressed panel tubes. The headers also
have a hole for air venting and one which may be used
for water discharge.
Depending on the system type of the supply circuit of
the radiant panels, the headers may be of three
types:
Standard, with a single attachment, used in installations
where the heating fluid inlet and outlet are found on opposite sides of each panels.
Diaphragmed, with a dual attachment and internal
diaphragm, used in systems with delivery and return
on the same panels.
Closed, without attachments, used in systems with
delivery and return circuit on the same panels matched
to the diaphragmed header.
Double, avec une prise double et un diaphragme interne, il est utilisé pour les circuits
où l’entrée et la sortie du fluide sont sur le même panneau.
Fermé, sans prise d’alimentation ni retour, il est utilisé pour effectuer la boucle retour
du circuit.

LA SURFACE RADIANTE
Le profil circulaire particulier de la surface émettrice épouse la forme des tubes, exploitant ainsi au maximum la surface de contact et d’échange de chaleur. Cela optimise la
transmission et donc le rendement de rayonnement du panneau. Le profil annule une
grosse partie des pertes convectives en diminuant les flux d’air qui s’échappent vers le
haut. Cette géométrie dirige le rayonnement dans plusieurs directions, améliorant ainsi
la distribution de la chaleur vers le bas. L’épaisseur de la tôle émettrice (0,6mm) est calculée pour combiner efficacement rigidité, faible inertie thermique, et légereté.
SYSTEME MODULAIRE
Les panneaux radiantes EUTERM sont produits avec largeurs entre 300 et 1200 mm et
ils peuvent être adapté à n'importe quel type de fabriqué et d'activité.

L’installation est réalisée simplement au moyen de fixations dans le plafond et de pinces pour raccords à sertir.
La maintenance et l’usure sont quasiment inexistantes grâce à la robustesse, la qualité
de construction et l’absence de pièces électriques ou mécaniques en mouvement.

THE RADIANT PLATE
The special semi-circular shape, allows the EUTERM
radiant plate to use a bigger exchange area between
the tubes and the plate itself, hence favouring transfer
of heat. The shape also inhibits convective movement
which is naturally generated and tends to carry the
warm air upwards. The inclination of the side containing surfaces of the tube, make it possible to direct the
rays with an angle of 45°, thus increasing the total
radiated thermal power downwards and distributing
them evenly.
MODULAR SYSTEM
The EUTERM radiant plates are produced with width
from 300 to 1200 mm and can be fitted to any kind of
building and activity.
EASY INSTALLATION
All installation operations are made easier by a simple
ceiling fastening system and pincer-closed joints.
Furthermore, maintenance and wear are non-existent,
thanks to the use of high-quality materials and the
static nature of the system, which does not include any
moving electrical or mechanical parts. Besides preventing system downtime, this leads to substantial
operating savings as compared to other systems.
