Arrival in Calgary for all athletes: Friday July 20th.
If arriving by air, please plan to fly in to Calgary between 1:00-3:00.
Meeting at 4:00 pm at Alma Hotel for all Athletes.
Hotel Alma 169 University Gate North West, T2N 1N4 Calgary
Travel to and from the Calgary airport will be arranged.
Transportation from home to Calgary and back home is the responsibility of the Athlete. There
will be an “Equalization” rebate for travel. (TBA)
Book your returning flight to your home city, from Calgary for after 3:pm on August 7th.
All meals and accommodation will be provided.
The Team will be staying at Hotel Alma from July 20-31 and then at the
Holiday Inn at 4206 Macleod Trail South from July 31-Aug 7.

17 hour of Dry Land Training

Joint 4/5 days of training in each city.
An official multi national tournament, both in Serbia and Turkey.
Includes transportation from home to Montreal, to Europe and back home.
Team Canada uniform.
Flights from your home on August 10th to Montreal and return home on the 27th will be booked
for you.

Ce montant inclut la location de piscine, l’hébergement, tous les repas, l’uniforme du camp et le
transport local (incluant le transport aller-retour de l’aéroport à l’hôtel).








Arrivée à Calgary pour tous les athlètes : vendredi 20 juillet.
Si vous arrivez en avion, veuillez prévoir un vol qui arrivera à Calgary entre 13 h et 15 h.
Réunion à 16 h à l’Hôtel Alma pour tous les athlètes.

Le transport aller-retour de l’aéroport de Calgary à l’hôtel sera organisé.
Le transport de votre domicile à Calgary, et de retour à la maison est de la responsabilité de
l’athlète. Une remise sera offerte pour « égaliser les coûts » (à confirmer).
Veuillez réserver votre vol de retour de Calgary vers votre domicile pour le 7 août, après 15h.
Tous les repas et l’hébergement seront fournis.
L’équipe demeurera à l’Hôtel Alma du 20 au 31 juillet, puis au
