Les 10 et 11 avril, un service d’accueil recevra les participants à l’aéroport de Tunis.
RECEPTION
On 10 and 11 April, a reception service will welcome participants at Tunis airport.
TRANSFERTS
Un service de transfert aéroport-hôtel-aéroport sera assuré en correspondance des vols principaux à l’arrivée (10-11/04) comme au
départ (13-14/04).
TRANSFERS
A transfer service airport-hotel-airport will be assured in correspondence of the main arrival (10-11/04) and departure (13-14/04)
flights.
ENREGISTREMENT SUR PLACE
L’enregistrement à la Conférence aura lieu le jeudi 10 après-midi et le vendredi 11 avril pendant toute la journée, à l’Hôtel Ramada
Plaza.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration to the Conference will take place on Thursday 10 (afternoon) and Friday 11 April (whole day), at the Hotel Ramada
Plaza.
TRADUCTION
Un service de traduction simultanée (anglais, arabe, français) sera assuré pendant les séances plénières du 12 et du 13 avril.

Simultaneous translation (Arabic, English, French) will be assured during the plenary sessions on 12 and 13 April.

Le vendredi 11 avril se dérouleront les ateliers des Commissions de la COPEAM (Cinéma/Festivals/Culture • Echange de
News/Magazines TV • Radio • Télévision + TV Sat • Formation • Egalité des Genres • Archives Audiovisuelles). Les réunions sont
ouvertes à tous les participants. Langues de travail: français et/ou anglais.
MEETINGS OF COPEAM COMMISSIONS
On Friday 11 April, the meetings of COPEAM Commissions (Cinema/ Festivals/Culture • News Exchange/TV Magazines • Radio •
Television + TV Sat • Training • Gender Equality • Audiovisual Archives) will take place. The meetings are open to all participants.
Working languages: French and/or English.

Jeudi 10 avril un cocktail de bienvenue sera offert à tous les participants. Pendant toute la durée de la Conférence, les déjeuners et
les dîners seront offerts.

Morocco, Mauritania, Mauritius, Monaco, Niger, Norway, Oman, the Netherlands, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland (for nationals holding ordinary passports), Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Solomon Islands,

Should you need an entry visa, the Radio Tunisienne will provide you with an invitation letter further to your online registration to the
Conference. Thereafter, please contact the competent Tunisian consulate.
