2016, et qui serait le résultant d’une erreur de ma part, ou d’un comportement à risque.
Je suis conscient de participer à mes risques et périls et décharge Zapata Racing® et les membres de l’équipe organisatrice de
toute réclamation de quelque nature que ce soit en cas d’accident, blessure, vol, dégradation de propriétés ou autre, durant la
compétition.
Tout accident ou blessure qui serait causé par un problème technique de l’équipement fourni par Zapata Racing sera couvert par
l’assurance de Zapata Racing.
Je suis conscient de devoir souscrire à une assurance appropriée. Je m’engage également à couvrir les frais résultant de toute
dégradations éventuelles que j’aurais causées durant l’évènement.
Je, soussigné …………………………….................................……… donne par la présente l’autorisation à Zapata Racing, leurs
représentants et toute personne agissant avec la permission de Zapata Racing (y compris agence(s) publiant ou distribuant le
produit fini), le droit irrévocable d’utiliser mes photos prises sur le Championnat d’Europe de Flyboard® 2016, sous tout type de
forme, incluant par exemple la publication sur des sites internet, posters, livrets promotionnels, tracts, et tout autre publication.
Je suis conscient que Zapata Racing ne peut pas contrôler l’utilisation non autorisée de mes photos par des personnes non
affiliées à Zapata Racing une fois publiées.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2016 European Flyboard® championship, I,

hereby release and discharge Zapata Racing®, and any person acting under the permission of Zapata Racing® of any
responsibility for any injury that may occur as a result of a contestant error, or risky behavior.
I acknowledge that I compete at my own risk and waive any claim of any nature whatsoever, with Zapata Racing®, and members
of the organizing team. This concerns in particular the case of accident, injury, theft, damage to personal property or else, during
my participation in the sports event named above.
Any accident or injury caused by a failure of the equipment provided by Zapata Racing® will be covered by the insurance of
Zapata Racing®.
I am aware that I have to personally take out health / accident insurance and liability. I will also cover any degradation that I
might cause during the event.

any person acting with the permission of Zapata Racing® (including any agency publishing or distributing the finished product),
the irrevocable right to use my photographs taken on the 2016 European Flyboard® championship in all forms and manner
including but not limited to publication on Internet Web Sites, leaflets, booklets, posters, and any other publications.
I understand that Zapata Racing® cannot control unauthorized use of my photographs by persons not associated with Zapata
Racing® once they have been published.
