Trois-Rivières, December 11, 2012 – L’Adresse sur le fleuve, an impressive condo development
in Trois-Rivières, officially opened its sales centre this morning. On hand for the kick-off were
the city’s mayor, Yves Lévesque, along with Richard Thibault, president of Société de
développement 3R, Normand Bélanger, president and CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarité
FTQ, and Joseph Broccolini, vice-president of Broccolini.
Located at the junction of the Saint-Maurice and Saint Lawrence Rivers, the condominiums will
be built on one of the most beautiful sites in Québec. “This project is creating a buzz in the
community, and we're already seeing strong interest in this upscale development,” said Mr.
Thibault.

of 228 modern condo units, ranging from 850 to 2,200 square feet in size. The tower and the
first 4-storey building are scheduled to break ground in spring 2013.
In addition to offering a magnificent view, all the units will feature large windows, spacious
balconies, soundproofing, 9- to 11-foot ceilings, secure entry, and indoor and outdoor parking.
