Our client is a global leader in the chemical sector, today they are looking for an Indirect Sourcing
Manager.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA:
Working from the headquarters in Luxemburg and directly reporting to the European Sourcing Director, you
are in charge of the procurement for 13 european sites :
* Responsible of procurement of all indirect equipment, supplies and services (non-raw material)
* Integrate all procurement P2P activities with the Ariba system
* Manage third party logistics management relationship with the transport supplier including creation and
reaching of KPI
* Continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
* Integrate strategic procurement activities with business unit representatives
* Report category activities to business teams and global sourcing teams on a regular basis
* Provide a high level of service in support of the company strategic pillars
* Setting, measurement, reporting, and process improvement utilizing lean six sigma principles in all areas
of responsibility

Who we are looking for
* You have a 5-7 years experience in purchasing or supply chain management
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* You have abilities to establish supplier specifications, measure conformance, and identify process
improvement opportunities
* You are able to create a strategy and implement it across a variety of businesses and locations
* You have the knowledge of the 7 steps strategic sourcing process
* You have excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
* You are able to manage third party logistics supplier realtionships
* You have strong computer skills
* You have an ability to work directly with business unit General Managers
* You might have strong project management/leadership skills-lean six sigma experience
QUE BUSCAMOS:
2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques d’analyses d’achats
telles que : analyse de marché, analyse « Total Cost of Ownership » , analyse des fournisseurs et
procédures d’achats
Vous etes orienté(e) sur les performances et les résultats
Vous pouvez créer de larges réseaux avec les clients internes
Vous faites preuve d’un mode de pensée analytique et conceptuel
