Mon Parcours professionnel :
ESCP 87, j’ai prés de 25 ans d’expérience professionnelle acquise en grande partie dans l’univers de la
grande consommation.
5 ans chez L’Oréal au marketing, 10 ans Chez Rémy Cointreau à la direction marketing puis ventes
puis Direction de filiale tant en France qu’en Irlande et en Angleterre. Ensuite Directeur General
d’une PME agroalimentaire sous LBO à Orléans pendant 6 ans.
Enfin depuis prés de 3 ans j’ai intégré un cabinet de Chasseur de têtes LINCOLN Associates ou je
m’occupe de la practice Consumer Goods & Retail.
Mes Liens avec l’ESCP Europe :
J’ai eu à l école un rôle actif et passionnant au sein du BDE puis pendant de longues années comme
délégué de promotion, dont nous venons de fêter en 2012 les 25 ans de manière bien festive par un
grand cocktail dinatoire qui se prolongeât jusqu’ a 5 heures du matin pour les plus résistants.
Lors de la mise en place du Pack anti Crise j’avais accompagné des Alumni en phase de difficulté ou
de repositionnement de carrière
Depuis mon retour sur Paris j’ai pu m’impliquer encore plus en intégrant comme co-délégué le
Groupe Pro Grande Consommation et aussi la Commission carrière.
Pourquoi je suis candidat :
Fier de notre Ecole et du rôle actif et constructif de l’association des Alumni, je suis conscient de ce
qu’elles m’ont apporté et souhaite maintenant à mon tour contribuer plus activement encore à leur
développement.
Orienté naturellement vers les autres par nature et aujourd’hui de par mon métier, je souhaite aider
l’association à affronter ses nouveaux enjeux : économiques, internationaux et humains
Ce que je peux apporter :
Mon métier de Consultant me permet de mieux maitriser mon agenda et de dédier une partie de
mon temps à l association. Ce qui m’a permis par exemple d’accompagner l’association en tant que
membre de la commission carrière à aider la mise en place du service ALLO CV qui correspondait à
une attente et rencontre un certain succès.
Naturellement mon apport principal sera de seconder Olivier Jacob et les membres de la commission
carrière pour continuer à apporter une offre et des programmes riches et variés aux Alumni en
travaillant par exemple sur le projet de mise en place de Mentoring
En conclusion : « Un pour tous , tous pour un !»,
La devise des Mousquetaires, symbole de la fraternité et de l’union de leur communauté face aux
batailles, résume bien ma motivation pour me mettre au service de cette grande cause qu’est
l’Association des Alumni ESCP Europe.
My Career:
ESCP 87, I have nearly 25 years of professional experience mostly in the Fast Moving Consumer
goods sector.
5 years as Marketing Manager within L'Oréal , then 10 years for Rémy Cointreau in sales and
marketing management and then Managing Director , in France, Ireland and England. Then
Managing Director for a fresh food packaged goods company in Orleans, part of a LBO.
Finally nearly 3 years ago I joined LINCOLN Associates as Headhunter where I am responsible for the
Consumer Goods & Retail practice.
My links with ESCP Europe:
At school I had the exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of the Bureau des Eleves,
I am also Promotion delegate and have organized many events including last year the 25 th
Anniversary gathering during a cocktail a large part of the promotion, event that went all night long!
I participated in the Anti Crisis pack program that helped alumni with career problems.
Since my return to Paris I could be even more involved with the Association , I am now Co-delegate
of the Retail & Consumer goods professional group, and also an active member of the Career Group.
Why I am running for the Board
Proud of our school and the active and constructive role of the Alumni Association, I am aware of
what they gave to me and I would like now to contribute even more actively in their development.
Oriented towards other people by nature and now also part of my job, I want to help the association
to face its new challenges: economic, international and human.
What is my added value :
My job as consultant allows me to better control my agenda and to dedicate part of my time to the
Association. This allowed me to help the Association through the Career Group to develop the
service ALLO CV that help alumni to revise their CV quickly and in a professional way.
Of course my main contribution will be to assist Olivier Jacob and career members of the commission
to continue to provide and offer rich and varied programs for Alumni working for example on the
proposed implementation of the Mentoring project.
In conclusion: "One for all, all for one!"
The motto of the Musketeers, symbol of brotherhood and unity of the community facing battles
sums up my motivation for me to serve this great cause of the ESCP Europe Alumni Association.
