Her practice covers all aspects of labour and employment law, as it affects both
unionized and non-unionized companies, of small, medium or large sizes.
Marie advises employers on corporation reorganizations, the hiring and firing of
employees, disciplinary measures, individual and group layoffs, staff assessment
management (performance and work attendance), workplace investigations of all kinds,
labour relations, occupational health and safety, and human rights.
She is called upon to represent clients before the Tribunal administratif du travail (on
labour relations and workplace health and safety matters), the Canada Labour
Relations Board and the regular courts.
Marie also has expertise and a practical and current understanding of the complex and
specialized field of pension plans.
