flexible shaft couplings 2005. The current owner is a professional marine engineer and everything is bang up to date on service
and maintenance. Approx 1400 engine hours at end 2012. 4.2kW diesel generator, 6 x 12v batteries, 240v shore supply. Trim
tabs and 10hp 2010 bow thruster.

REMARKS
This is a genuinely lovely boat, not to be missed. the owners' remarks are below:
"Ocean Lady' was bought from the London Boat Show in 1990 by her first owners and kept on 'H' pontoon at Port Hamble
marina, they sold it to Cowbridge Investments after a few years who kept the same mooring. In 1999 my ex husband and
myself bought it and it was serviced and looked after by Yachting Sports, it remained on 'H' pontoon, Port Hamble. When my
ex husband and l divorced l bought his half and brought the boat round to Milford Haven in 2004, which is where l live. The
boat has been based in Normandy/Brittany for the last six years.
My husband, (marine engineer/electrician) ex Yachting Sports, services and maintains the boat to a very high standard. When
we married l put the boat into joint names. She is registered part one in Guernsey. I have a copy of the original invoice when
bought new showing vat paid, l also have a letter from Josh Payne (British registry of Shipping, Guernsey) with the complete
history of ownership, which was required when we were boarded by customs from La Trinite whilst we were in Port Haliguen,
they are happy she is vat paid!"
