VICH
Scope
Le VICH est une organisation internationale chargée de
développer des lignes directrices harmonisées relatives aux
règles techniques d’enregistrement des médicaments
vétérinaires. L'OIE est membre associé depuis la création
du VICH en 1995. Le centre collaborateur pour les
médicaments vétérinaires représente l'OIE et participe
activement à ses travaux. A ce titre, il co-préside l'outreach
forum. La 30ème réunion du Comité directeur (CD) a eu lieu
du 23 au 26 juin 2014, à Bruxelles (Belgique). Le CD a
travaillé sur la préparation de la 5ème conférence publique
qui prendra place à Tokyo, Japon, les 28 et 29 octobre 2015.
Cette conférence publique sera centrée sur les initiatives de
l'Outreach forum, les activités des groupes de travail
d'experts et envisagera le futur du VICH. Le CD a également
initié le développement de la phase IV de sa stratégie pour
les années 2016 à 2020.
Le Comité directeur a pris connaissance des progrès de la
Task Force sur la révision de la ligne directrice 3(R)
(Stability testing of new drug substances and products), qui
prend en compte désormais les zones climatiques. La Task
Force « on a VICH Guidance for Efficacy Studies for
Combination Drug Products » a présenté ses travaux sur la
diversité des combinaisons possibles de produits dans les
différentes régions du monde.

Afin de répondre à des demandes récurrentes
concernant la qualité des vaccins, la fabrication
des vaccins selon des normes de Bonnes
Pratiques opposables, la Commission des
standards biologiques a confié au centre
collaborateur le soin de proposer une mise à
jour des chapitres suivants:
Chapitre 1.1.6 : Principes de fabrication des
vaccins à usage vétérinaire
Mise à jour des chapitres du
Manuel des tests de diagnostic et
des vaccins pour les animaux
terrestres relatifs aux vaccins et
à l'inspection des fabricants de
vaccins (1.1.6, 1.1.8, 1.1.9)
Chapitre 1.1.8 : Exigences minimales applicables
aux installations de production de vaccins (à
l'étude)
Chapitre 1.1.9 : Contrôle de la qualité des
vaccins (à l'étude).

le chapitre 1.1.6 a été proposé à la consultation
des pays membres de l'OIE en octobre 2014.
Le 15 décembre 2014, l'OIE a rendu visite à
l'ANMV pour discuter des besoins et de la vision
de l'OIE pour la révision des chapitres 1.1.8 et
1.1.9. , ainsi que du calendrier de la révision des
deux chapitres restants.
