Ce rapport est élaboré à partir des réponses recueillies lors de
l’enquête emploi adressée aux 422 étudiants de la promotion
2007. 74% d’entre eux y ont répondu. Les principaux résultats
chiffrés, présentés dans les pages suivantes, reflètent le
caractère professionnalisant des programmes ainsi que leur
diversité.
Sur un plan qualitatif, c’est le critère de l’adéquation du poste
avec le projet professionnel qui a été déterminant dans le choix
des étudiants (60% des citations) puis celui de la notoriété de
l’entreprise (24%) et celui du plan de carrière proposé (21%); le
salaire vient en 4e position (16%). Sur le critère de satisfaction,
pour 63% le poste trouvé correspond réellement au poste
recherché, pour 22% d’entre eux, il s’agit d’un poste
satisfaisant mais lié à la conjoncture.
This report is based on responses collected during the job
survey sent to the 422 students of the 2007 class. Response
rate was 74%. The main figures presented in the following
pages reflect the professional character and diversity of the
programs.
In qualitative terms, the fit of the job with their career plans
was crucial in the students choice (60% of responses), then
the company’s reputation (24%), and opportunities for
advancement (21%). Salary was in 4th position (16%). On the
criterion of satisfaction, 63% of them consider that the job is
what they were looking for.
