Deloitte Network achieves best ranking to date
Tier one rating in third edition of World transfer pricing
In the 2016 edition of International Tax Review’s World Transfer Pricing, the directory of the
leading transfer pricing advisory firms around the world, Deloitte Luxembourg was given a
tier one rating for the third consecutive year. To earn this ranking, a firm must have a leading
reputation within its jurisdiction, offer a range of transfer pricing services and work with a
variety of different clients.
“This remarkable recognition is largely attributable to the teamwork and strength of the
entire Deloitte global transfer pricing network and the high-quality transfer pricing services
that Deloitte Luxembourg brings to the marketplace”, explains Stephan Tilquin, Partner and
Transfer Pricing Leader at Deloitte Luxembourg. “Transfer pricing operations of
multinational companies continue to be monitored more closely by tax authorities and are
increasingly becoming more public,” explains Majoros Balazs, Partner at Deloitte

Tier one rating in World Tax 2016
World Tax 2016 has awarded the Deloitte network its best rankings to date, giving a top tier
one rating to Deloitte member firms in 48 countries. World Tax tier ratings are based upon
input from market and tax professionals around the world. This is the third time in a row the
Deloitte network was awarded with tire one rankings.

According to its editors, World Tax is designed to provide a full picture of the market for tax
advice by assigning tier ratings to member firms in many jurisdictions. Firms rated tier one
are considered the best teams overall for tax advice in the country concerned. Rankings are
based on firms’ breadth and depth of resources and experience, as well as quality of work, and
range of expertise.

Dans l’édition 2016 du World Transfer Pricing publiée par l’International Tax Review, le
guide des principaux cabinets de conseil en matière de prix de transfert, Deloitte Luxembourg
a intégré le « tier one » pour la troisième année consécutive. Pour figurer dans ce classement,
une société doit jouir d’une excellente réputation au sein de sa juridiction, offrir un large
éventail de services en matière de prix de transfert et collaborer avec un panel diversifié de
clients.

L’édition 2016 du World Tax a décerné au réseau Deloitte sa meilleure note à ce jour, en
classant les cabinets membres de Deloitte au niveau « top tier one » dans 48 pays. Le
classement du World Tax se fonde sur les avis émanant des marchés et des fiscalistes du
monde entier. Pour la troisième année consécutive, Deloitte est classé dans le « tier one ».

disposant des meilleures équipes en matière de conseil fiscal dans le pays concerné. Le
classement se fonde aussi bien sur l’étendue et la profondeur des ressources et de l’expérience
que possèdent les sociétés, mais aussi sur la qualité du travail et l’éventail des compétences.
