Dhabi. Dahlan is his security and
economic adviser and is credited with
bringing a number of businesses owned by,
or linked to, the Al Nahyan royal family to
Serbia.

member of Fatah; former head of the
Preventive Security in Gaza. A key figure in
bringing Gulf investment to Montenegro and
Serbia. Strong relationships with Serbian
PM Aleksandar Vucic and Montenegrin
PM Milo Djukanovic. A shadowy figure in
the Middle East with reported ties to US
intelligence and powerful friends across
the region, such as the Egyptian President
el-Sisi. The arch-rival to Palestinian President
Mahmoud Abbas, he has made no secret of his
political ambitions. He is currently being tried for
corruption in Palestine, accusations he denies.
