Registration
Participants are asked to register in advance by filling out the attached registration form and sending
it by fax or by email to Mr Howie Baggot Manager Member Services [email protected] or
[email protected].
Based on information in the form received by the organizers, badges will be prepared and distributed
at the meeting venue. The registration form can be downloaded from the ACI Africa website:

Languages
Meetings will be held in French and English.
Border Formalities
Arriving passengers must be in possession of a valid passport. The entry visa to Morocco, can be
obtained from the diplomatic representations of Morocco in the country of residence.
Certificates of vaccination
Vaccination certificates are not required, except for passengers coming from areas affected by an
epidemic of cholera, typhoid and yellow fever.
Climate Information
The period from early April, the climate is rather sweet. Average temperatures range from 15 ° to
25 C
Change
The currency in Morocco is the Dirham (MAD). The Dirham exchange rate varies depending on the
daily quotations. The exchange rate are published in national newspapers and banking agencies.

Registration
Registration of participants will be the first day starting from 07.45. A badge will be given to each
participant for the purposes of identification and distribution of documentation
Hotels
A special rate of 778,60 MAD TTC was negotiated with the conference venue hotel (Kenzi Semiramis,
5 star) for participants in the conference and in working groups instead of 1800 MAD HT. Rooms at
this special rate are limited.
