COMPETITION RULES PAN AMERICAN
CADET CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING
ASSOCIATED
RULE I
ARTICLE ONE: The Pan American Cadet Championships Associated Wrestling,
will be held days 1 to 5 July, 2015, at the Dome of the Code Jalisco, located at
1360 Avenida Alcalde, Guadalajara Jalisco. Mexico.
ARTICLE TWO: The competition will be held in class cadets (16-17 years) in the
styles recognized by the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles
(FILA) in Greco-Roman Style (LG), Free Style (LL) and Female Style (LF).
RULE II
ARTICLE THREE: The Pan American Cadet Championships Associated Wrestling
part of the official competition program of the FILA.
ARTICLE FOUR: All teams must have the endorsement of their National
Federation.
ARTICLE FIVE: Each delegation shall include, at a minimum, stipulated by FILA
referees according to the number of registered athletes. (We remind that those
who fail to comply with this shall receive the punishment by FILA as it is a
competition OFFICIAL).
ARTICLE SIX: Registration will be on forms provided the Mexican Wrestling
Federation. Sheets preliminary registration must be sent to our headquarters, two
months before the event and final entries a month before the start of the
competition. Final entries will take place at the technical meeting, according to the
program of activities.
ARTICLE SEVEN: The fighters from 15 years old needs to have a medical and
parental certificate.

RULE III
ARTICLE EIGHT: Athletes who wish may participate in the two fighting styles.
ARTICLE NINE: You compete in weight divisions following officers:
• Male (Free style and Greco): 39-42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85 and 100 kg.
• Female: 36-38, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70 Kilograms.
ARTICLE TEN: Only one weighing is undertaken by Style lasting 30 minutes (see
program competencies
RULE IV
ARTICLE ELEVEN: All participating delegations will be staying at the hotel
Aranzazu at Avenue Revolution # 110 C.P. 44100 colony center. Guadalajara
Jalisco.
TWELFTH ARTICLE: The cost per day per participant will be 130 USD. Including
the costs of lodging, meals, internal transportation to the area of competition and
training.
ARTICLE THIRTEEN: As a cadet category tournament, wrestlers require FILA
license at a cost of US $ 100 if purchased at the competition. The arbitration will be
conducted by a neutral arbitrator appointed by FILA.
ARTICLE FOURTEEN: All participating delegations to reach the city of
Guadalajara on Wednesday, July 1, 2014. In order to guarantee transport from
airport to hotel is required to submit to the organizing committee, with no less than
15 days prior the amount of people, airline, and flight number and arrival time.
ARTICLE FIFTEEN: The Organizing Committee will provide internal transportation
during the dates specified in the schedule.
ARTICLE SIXTEEN: We remind that according to the regulations of the FILA is
MANDATORY that all delegations staying at the Organizing Committee designated
by the hotel. For any reason changes thereto shall be admissible.

EIGHTH ARTICLE TEN: The competitions will be conducted in accordance with
the provisions of the rules of competence of the International Federation of
Associated Wrestling Styles (FILA).
TENTH ARTICLE NINE: two (02) officers’ Matts are used (for development of
competition with their video cameras and TV). Warm and 2 Matts.
ARTICLE TWENTY: The competitions will be held at 2 mattresses with weight
divisions divided as follows:
Mat 1: 42, 50, 58, 69, 85 Kilograms. Man
Mat 2: 46, 54, 63, 76, 100 Kilograms. Man
Mat 1: 38, 43, 49, 56, 65 Kilograms Women
Mat 2: 40, 46, 52, 60, 70 Kilograms Women

PROTOCOL
ARTICLE TWENTY-SECOND: All delegations shall participate in the
opening ceremony. Must bring your flag and anthem country (MP3 or
CD).
RULE VII
THE AWARDS
ARTICLE TWENTY-THREE: each wrestler to rank in the top three places in their
respective division and style, which must be wearing their uniform representative of
his country were individually awarded. For this purpose gold, silver and 2 bronze
medals will be awarded respectively.
ARTICLE TWENTY FOUR: Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each
style of trophy and awards General. Diplomas of participation to all participants.

VARIOUS
ARTICLE TWENTY FIVE: The Mexican Wrestling Federation and the Organizing
Committee is only responsible for the medical care of first aid at the scene of skills.
Any physician-hospital care arising from training, competition or out of these should
be covered by the Overseas Branch participants.
ARTICLE TWENTY SIXTH: In the "Miguel Hidalgo" International Airport of
Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico. They should cancel, upon leaving our country, how
much per person for Define, for income tax (NO EXEMPTION FOR OFFICES
SPORTS).
ARTICLE TWENTY SEVENTH: The organizing committee is not responsible for
inland transportation, accommodation and meals for those delegations that do not
report their arrival, at least 1 Month in advance.
