The Job
The job as Financial Analyst at Baxter is a great opportunity to develop your professional career in the Financial
department of our manufacturing Plant.
You will be responsible for timely and high quality accounting treatment.

Main areas: PPV, Freight, Overhead spending
·
Total control of all accounting processes by proactively anticipating and resolving issues
You will be in charge of the monthly variances analysis and reporting (PPV, Freight, Overhead spending), including
presentation to management.
You will actively participate in the budget and Forecast processes.

Collect, consolidate and, analyze data.
·
prepare submission and presentation to management
You will act as the finance partner for the VIP initiatives (Value Improvement Process)
·
Evaluation, tracking, reporting
You will also support the daily reporting of production data (data collection and validation). Finally you will act as a backup/support for a defined list of accounting/shop floor tasks during the close
Who you are

Master degree in economics/management or equivalent by experience
2-5 years relevant experience is a strong advantage
Excellent skills in Excel
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated interest in analytical accounting, good knowledge of JDEdwards and/or US GAAP accounting is
a plus
Good interactive skills-team player
Fluent in English
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
