The Job
The job as Financial Manager at Baxter is a great opportunity to develop your professional career in the Financial
department of our manufacturing Plant.
You will report to the plant controller of a manufacturing site producing a wide range of Plastics and Nutrition products.
Supervising a team of financial analysts, you will be responsible for timely and high quality of
Accounting treatment of plant financials
Monthly variances analysis of performance drivers
Annual budget and periodic revisions
You will closely partner with the production departments and the other support functions to achieve a solid understanding
of the financials and help deliver the expected cost analysis and working capital improvement.
Who you are
-
Master degree in economics/management or equivalent by experience
7 -12 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Manufacturing background preferred
People Manager: leadership, empathy, ability to create a real team spirit, to motivate and develop others
Strong analytical skills
Excellent planning & organization skills
High degree of flexibility and able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Demonstrated interest in analytical accounting, good knowledge of JDEdwards and/or US GAAP accounting is
a plus
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in French and English
