Human Resource Management 1 (2nd semester) and Human Resource Management 2 (4th semester) both focus
on key areas in the field of HRM (HRM Process Functions
and HRM Support Functions). By the end of the two courses the students will have a broad overview of the key
components of HRM and have gained insight in common
HRM practices. Our discussion will focus on the perspective of Line Managers throughout the organisation.
