Jean-François Willems started his career in 1999 with PwC in Corporate Finance. In 2007, he joined Kaupthing
Bank Luxembourg S.A. as Managing Director of Corporate and Investment Banking and he was instrumental in
the restructuring of the bank which led to its demerger and the set of Banque Havilland S.A. in July 2009.
Before being appointed as the CEO of Banque Havilland S.A. in 2011 he acted for 2 years as CFO.
Jean- François is also member of the board of directors in the following entities: Banque Havilland (Monaco)
S.A.M. and Banque Havilland (Bahamas) Ltd.
He earned a master's degree from the University of Business Administration in Liège and holds the Chartered
Financial Analyst credential.
