Materialen
Inleveren van de schoenendozen
• Actiefolder
“Hoe vul je een doos?” In een aantal punten wordt verteld hoe je een
schoenendoos kunt versieren en vullen en wat wel en wat niet in de
schoenendoos kan.
De folder bevat een boy/girl strook, die op de schoenendoos moet
worden geplakt.
Met de fotowedstrijd kun je een prijsje winnen.
Op de achterzijde is wat ruimte vrijgelaten om eventueel informatie
d.m.v. een sticker toe te voegen m.b.t. een viering of inlevermoment.
• Envelop
Voor organisatie- en transportkosten vragen wij een bijdrage van € 5,per schoenendoos.
De envelop is vastgehecht aan de folder die voor inlevering losgescheurd moet worden. De individuele deelnemer kan hierop aangeven
of men contant betaalt of het geld heeft overgemaakt op de rekening
van de Samaritaan. Het IBAN-nummer is: NL83INGB0000334243 of
BE91001432639476
Van jullie als organisatie vragen wij:
1. de envelopjes met contante betalingen zelf te legen en het totale
bedrag in één keer over te maken op de rekening van Stichting De
Samaritaan te Ermelo o.v.v. Actie4kids + relatiecode
2. op de inleverbon in te vullen wat er aan contante betalingen is
binnengekomen en hoeveel deelnemers op de envelop hebben
aangegeven dat zij zelf een bijdrage hebben overgemaakt aan de
Samaritaan
De klaargemaakte schoenendozen kun je naar het dichtstbijzijnde inleverpunt
brengen. Vul de inleverbon in en geef deze samen met de dozen af.
Er is een overzicht met alle inleverpunten en openingstijden.
Check voor het inleveren altijd de actuele informatie op de website
www.actie4kids.org.
Tips
Organiseer een speciaal programma voor de start van de schoenendoosactie
(weekopening, viering, clubavond enz). De website bevat o.a. liedjes en
video’s.
Je kunt overwegen zelf een voorbeeld schoenendoos te vullen met allerlei
spullen zoals vermeld in de actiefolder, zodat duidelijk wordt wat belangrijk is
om allemaal in een schoenendoos te doen.
Als organisatie zou je kunnen zorgen voor wat “bijvulmateriaal”. Dozen die
schaars zijn gevuld, kun je dan aanvullen. Elke doos wordt overigens nog
gecontroleerd in een verwerkingscentrum.

Matériaux
• Dépliant d’action
“Comment remplir une boîte?” Dans quelques étapes c’est expliqué
comment décorer et remplir une boîte à chaussures et quelles choses
sont adaptés ou pas adaptés pour prendre dans la boîte.
Le dépliant contient une bande Boy/Girl (Garçon/Fille), lequel on
colle sur la boîte.
Avec le concours de photos, vous pourriez gagner un petit prix.
En arrière il y a peu d’espace libre pour toutes les informations, par
example d’ajouter un autocollant concernant un célébration ou date
et temps de déposer.
• Enveloppe
Nous demandons un contribution de € 5 par boîte pour le frais
d’organisation et le transport.
L’enveloppe est attaché au dépliant et doit être deserré avant déposer
la boîte. Le participant individuelle peut marquer sur cela si on paie
en espèces ou si on a transferé le montant au compte du Samaritaan.

Nous demandons de vous comme organisateur:
1. Vider vous mêmes les enveloppes avec des paiements en espèces et
transférer le montant totale dans une seul transaction au compte
de Stichting De Samaritaan à Ermelo, citant Actie4Kids + code de
rélation.
2. Marquer sur le bon de déposer combien d’argent on a reçu par
paiements en espèces et combien des participants ont marqués qu’ils
ont transferés la contribution eux-mêmes au compte du Samaritaan.
Déposer les boîtes à chaussures
Les boîtes à chaussures prêts seront être déposé au lieu de dépôt le plus
proche. Remplissez le bon de déposer et déposez cela avec les boîtes. Il y
est une vue d’ensemble de tous les lieus de dépôt et les heures d’ouvertures.

Astuces
Organisez une programme spécial avant le début de l’action (ouverture de
la semaine, célébration, soirée de club etc). On trouve des chansons et des
vidéos au site.
Vous pouvez considérer de remplir une boîte à chaussures vous même avec
des choses comme mentionné au dépliant d’action, pour préciser quelles
choses sont important de prendre dans la boîte.
Comme organisateur vous pouvez apporter certains matériaux de ‘remblai
arrière’. Boîtes remplis un peu pauvres peuvent être complêté avec cela. Soit dit
en passant chaque boîte sera encore être contrôlé dans une centre de traitement.

Materials
Delivery of the shoe boxes
• Pack-A-Box Guide
“How do you fill your shoe box?” This manual will inform you how
you can decorate a shoe box and also what you can and what you
cannot put in a shoe box.
Choose the appropriate girl/boy label to be stuck onto the lid of the
box.
Participate in the picture contest; there is a prize to be won!
At the back of the folder there is some space left where you can make
some comments e.g. a celebration or a delivery point.
• Envelope
We ask a participation cost of 5 € for each shoe box to cover all the
organization and transportation costs. An individual participator can
state on the envelope if they chose a cash payment or a bank transfer
to the account of Stichting De Samaritaan. The IBAN bank account is:
NL83INGB0000334243 or BNP Paribas Fortis BE91001432639476
As a coordinator of the shoe box event we kindly ask you to:
1. Sum up all the money from the collected envelopes and send a bank
transfer of the total amount of all the donations to the bank account
of: Stichting de Samaritaan in Ermelo, with reference ‘Actie4kids’ +
your code
2. Please state on the delivery coupon how much money you received
in cash, and also how many participators stated on the envelope
that their chosen payment method was by electronic bank transfer
to Stichting de Samaritaan.
When the boxes are ready please take them to one of the delivery points.
On the yellow leaflet you will find a list of the delivery points and their
opening hours. Fill out the delivery coupon and hand it in with the ready
to go shoe boxes.

and schedule.
More advice
Organize a special program to start this shoe box event using the footage of
our website.
You can make a sample of the perfect shoe box. Fill the box with items that
are mentioned in the “pack-a- box guide”. This will teach people what goes in
and how it all has to fit into the shoe box.
As a coordinator of this event you are most welcome to collect some spare
materials to fill up boxes which are not filled properly. Each box will be checked
at the processing centre.
