Bilingual Sales Representative Job Description: The Bilingual Sales Representative contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada through maximizing business growth by providing exceptional customer service to both large and small format accounts in Ottawa and Gatineau; large format accounts such as large supermarkets and small format accounts such as Convenience and Gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores. This person is responsible for conducting daily sales calls to stores in their territory. The Bilingual Sales Representative orders products to be delivered to the store; they are responsible for ongoing rotation and stocking of product on shelves and displays, and in coolers and venders. This person builds in store displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Key Responsibilities include: 










Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service Increase volume and new package distribution within the territory Sell and execute national and local promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks and sell sufficient product inventory Utilize point‐of‐sale materials to stimulate sales Must maintain and increase shelf facings, and racks; clean shelving and racking; and rotate product Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales Eliminate out‐of‐stocks and out‐of‐date product through effective order taking Work closely with PBC delivery department to ensure effective service Monitor and report on competitive activity Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:








Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma Bilingual – English and French One ‐ two years of fact‐based direct selling experience preferred Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite Solid oral presentation skills required Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle Application Process: Interested candidates are to apply on line @ www.pepsico.ca/careers; Posting # 25968BR

Description de poste
Relevant du Directeur développement des affaires – grandes surfaces, la principale fonction du
représentant(e) sera d’entretenir et de développer des relations dynamiques auprès des clients à titre
de responsable de la prise de commandes en magasin et des activités de mise en marché. Il ou elle
devra également intervenir dans la négociation d’entente de commercialisation et des programmes à
valeurs ajoutées.
Principales responsabilités






Vendre des programmes promotionnels tant au niveau national que local;
Interagir avec les clients par rapport aux plaintes formulées et trouver des solutions;
Développer votre secteur de vente en volume de vente et en profitabilité;
Effectuer les ventes et mettre en évidence les innovations;
Développer des relations d’affaires avec les clients;
Faire les inventaires et les prises de commandes pour les circulaires et les promotions.
Qualifications requises









Baccalauréat en administration ou marketing;
2 à 3 années d’expérience en vente;
Bonne connaissance de l’industrie des produits de consommation (un atout);
Aptitudes démontrées pour la négociation;
Un solide sens du service à la clientèle;
Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et de leadership;
Autonomie et sens de l’organisation;
Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais parlé et écrit);
Permis de conduire valide.
