Mit der Verordnung Nr. 13 031/20041
(2. Serie) vom 2. Juli 2004 sind einige
Patentgebhren des portugiesischen
Patentamts gendert worden.
By Order No. 13 031/20041 (2nd series)
of 2 July 2004 some patent fees of the
Portuguese Patent Office have been
changed.
Par Ordonnance n 13 031/20041
(2e srie) du 2 juillet 2004, certaines
taxes en matire de brevets perues par
l’Office des brevets portugais ont t
modifies.
Anmelder und Inhaber europischer
Patente mit Wirkung in Portugal werden
darauf hingewiesen, daß seit 1. Juli
2004 folgende Gebhrenstze gelten:

effect in Portugal are advised that from
1 July 2004 the following rates apply:
