The Customer Build Coordinator supports the Product Development Team, Program Managers and Prototype shop to ensure the completion of the
Customer Builds for all Ford NAO programs.
The main missions of the role are to:
Track incoming Customer prototype requests & orders
Where needed, compile prototype BOMs
Ensure the timely submission of accurate BOMs (Bills of Material) to the Prototype shop for customer requests
Track progress of customer prototype requests
Liaise with the Protoshop coordinator to help the Protoshop to ensure on-time deliveries
Liaise with the Sales managers to ensure timely invoicing of prototype orders
Attend customer meetings involving prototype builds and timing
Other Program Management function as assigned
The length of the mission is 18 months
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master degree in Engineering
Fluent in English
Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
Strong teamwork sense.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with focus on timing
Strong organizational skills
