Belfort Open Short Track Competition for “Kids on Ice”, Juniors E/D to
Seniors.

Track
The track is an artificial refrigerated indoor ice surface with the measure of
28x58 meters; protective padding will cover the boards. The standard track is
111,12 meters.
Condition of contest
The competition will be held under ISU Regulations.
The all final system is used in order to guarantee a minimum number of races to
all participants.
Provisional program:
Kids on ice and JE2/D:
Saturday: 9h00 am to 3h00 pm.
Sunday 8h00 am to 2h00 pm
Junior C to seniors:
Saturday 4h00 pm to 9h00 pm.
Sunday 10h00 am to 2h00 pm
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizers reserve the right in accordance
with chief referee to adjust the program (regroup or split the categories based on
the number of skaters and their performance “500 m time”).
Depending on the number of skaters registered, another distance can be added
to the competition. (Example: 1500 m for Senior to JB, 1000 m JC, 500 m for
Junior E2/D and 333 m for kids on ice).
If necessary, The Organizers reserve the right to limit the number of entries.
Preliminary registration
The skaters for each category should be submitted until 27th february 2015 by
mail to [email protected] or using www.shorttrackonline.info
Final Entries
Must be submitted until 21th march 2014 - 6.00 pm using
www.shorttrackonline.info
Entry Fee
There is an entry fee of 15 € per athlete to be paid to the Organizing Committee.

Award of prices
There will be prizes for the first three skaters in each category. During award
ceremony the skaters should wear their Club track suits.
Medical assistance
Emergency staff (paramedical) will be present only at the competition days and
during warm-up.
Medical Insurance
It is the responsibility of each member or participating club to ensure or provide
medical and accident insurance for their athletes. Proof of such shall be
requested by the Organizing Committee.
Liability
In accordance with Rule 119 the Organizing Committee assumes no
responsibility with respect to medical, bodily or personal injury or property loss
or damage sustained in connection with this competition.
Board and Lodging
The participating teams are responsible for their own meals and accommodation.
