Le tout se déroulera à l’école secondaire Sudbury Secondary, 154, rue Collège à Sudbury. Conférencière et invitée Julie S. Lalonde animera le rassemblement. Sa passion est de combler l’écart entre la théorie et la pratique afin de rendre le militantisme pertinent et accessible. Le Centre Victoria pour femmes offre des services en français de qualité aux femmes qui incluent le counselling, l’accompagnement et la représentation ainsi que l’éducation et la prévention de la violence dans les communautés du Grand Sudbury et de l’Algoma. The event will take place at the Sudbury Secondary School, 154 College Street in Sudbury. Special guest Julie Lalonde will host the group gathering. All are welcome. 6 P.M. — Group Gathering at Sudbury Secondary School with guest Julie S. Lalonde 7 P.M. — Community Downtown March Julie Lalonde Julie Lalonde is a dynamic, award winning feminist activist and educator. Julie has an extensive resume in sexual violence education; she developed and manages Drawthe-Line.ca, a campaign that calls on bystanders to intervene in sexual violence. In 2011, she received a Femmy Award for her work in the National Capital region, and in 2013 received the Governor General's Award. Centre Victoria pour femmes offers a variety of support services assisting French speaking women against all forms of violence including counseling, accompaniment and representation.
