Les droits universitaires sont ceux qui s’appliquent à toutes les
Universités d’Etats au Cameroun c'est-à-dire 50 000 (Cinquante
mille) francs CFA pour toutes les filières.
ADMISSION
L’admission au premier cycle à l’Institut des Beaux Arts (IBA) de
l’Université de Douala à Nkongsamba se fait exclusivement sur concours.
L’admission au 2nd cycle qui se fait sur étude du dossier.
Pour l’année académique 2016/ 2017, le concours aura lieu les 06
septembre 2016 dans les centres d’examens retenus : Douala,
Nkongsamba, Maroua et Yaoundé.
DIPLOMES REQUIS A L’ENTREE
BAC. (Toutes séries), GCE - A LEVEL Tout autre diplôme admis en
équivalence par le MINESUP (Présenter l’arrêté d’équivalence). BAC C,
D, E, F1, F4 pour la filière Architecture. Licence en communication,
Lettres modernes, Arts plastiques et histoire de l’art pour la filière
Muséologie.
CONSTITUTION DU DOSSIER
 Une fiche de candidature timbrée à 1000 FCFA disponible au
Service de la scolarité de la Faculté des Lettres et Sciences
Humaines de l’Université de Douala, de l’IBA (Nkongsamba),
MINESUP (13e étage) et dans toutes les Délégations Régionales
du MINESEC.
 Une copie certifiée conforme de l’acte de naissance datant de
moins de trois mois ;
 Une copie certifiée conforme des diplômes donnant droit au
concours datant de moins de trois mois ;
 Un relevé de notes Baccalauréat ou du GCE-AL selon le cas ;
 Un certificat médical d’aptitude aux études universitaires délivré
par un médecin de l’administration publique ;
 Deux enveloppes A4 timbrées à 400 F CFA (timbre poste)
chacune portant noms et adresses du candidat ;
 Cinq (5) photos d’identité 4x4 identiques portant chacune le
nom du candidat ;
 Un reçu de versement bancaire de la somme de 20 000 (vingt
mille) F CFA payable à United Bank For Africa (UBA)
CAMEROUN S.A- Douala au compte N° 10033-05214
14007000004-47 de l’Institut des Beaux Arts ;
 Une autorisation à concourir, délivrée par leur administration
d’origine, pour les fonctionnaires ;
 Un Arrêté de mise en stage de formation, signé du Ministre de la
Fonction Publique, pour les candidats fonctionnaires

ADMISSION
SCHOOL FEES
The only means to get in the first cycle of the Douala University College
of Fine Arts at Nkongsamba is exclusively through the competitive
entrance examination .As far as the 2nd cycle is concerned, the entrance is
through a file examination.
For the 2016 / 2017 academic year, the entrance examination is taking
place on the 06th September in the year 2016 in the various examination
centers which are: Douala, Nkongsamba, Maroua and Yaoundé.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES
BAC. (all series), GCE - A LEVEL or any other equivalent certificate
admitted by the MINESUP (Department of Higher Education). The
candidate must present the decree of equivalence. BAC. C, D, E, F1, F4
for the speciality of architecture. Degree in Communication, Modern
letters, Plastic Arts and History of Art for the museum studies.
COMPOSITION OF THE FILE
 An application form stamped at 1 000 F. CFA available at the
schooling office of the Faculty of letters and human sciences of
the University of Douala, at the University College of Fine Arts
(Nkongsamba), at the MINESUP (13 th floor), and in every
Regional Delegation of the Secondary Education.
 A certified true copy of the birth certificate dating from less than
three months
 A certified true copy of certificates from less than three months
authorizing the candidate to write the entrance examination
 A mark statement of the Probatoire or GCE OL and of the
Baccalaureate or the GCE-AL according the case.
 A medical certificate issued by a public practitioner.
 Two stamped A4 envelopes at 400 F CFA (those stamps must
come from the post) including names and addresses of the
candidate.
 A bank receipt for payment of an amount of 20 000 (twenty
thousands) FCFA payable at United Bank FOR Africa (UBA)
CAMEROUN S.A-Douala at the account n° 100330521414007000004 -47of the University College of Fine Arts.
 An authorization to sit in for the entrance examination, issued
by the employing administration for Civil Servants.
 A Ministerial Order, issued by the Minister of Public
Service, authorizing the successful candidate to complete a
professional training at the Fine Arts Institute at Nkongsamba
for Civil Servants.
As far as school fees are concerned, it is the same amount which is
applied to every state University in Cameroon: 50 000 (fifty thousands)
FCFA.
