PERSONA L INFORMA TION.

OBJECTIVES.
My main objective is to use my communication, commercial and
organisational abilities. I am a dynamic, creative and motivated
person, who likes to work hard and aims to reach high goals. I am
an autonomous, self-motivated person and a team player. Honest,
efficient and ambitious, I’m able to take responsibilities and
willing to learn. I’ve got strong interpersonal and linguistic skills.
Having lived in eight countries – Portugal, Scotland, The
Netherlands, France, Angola, Poland, England and Cambodia, and
traveled to dozens of others I understand the importance of cultural
acceptance and am able to communicate effectively crossculturally. During my experience I’ve worked with Customer
Service, CRM and E-Commerce and developed my knowledge of the
IT industry in general and Customer Contact Centers in particular.
In the past years I’ve moved more into HR.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
Since September 2008 – Team Manager at Fujitsu, Lisbon.
Managing one Service Desk for Total Petrochemicals and another
for Legrand Electric, French company world leader in electrical
appliances.
December 2007/Mai 2008 – Consultant at Phare Ponleu Selpak,
Cambodian NGO. Responsible for the promotion, production and
logistics of Cambodia’s international Circus Festival, Tini Tinou
2008, with 9 companies from 8 countries in 4 continents.
August/October 2007 – Account Manager at Aldelia Limited, a
start-up recruitment company in Westminster, London. Responsible
for new business development and recruiting for several Major
Oil&Gas companies and service companies.
March/June 2007 – Senior Recruitment Specialist for Hewitt
Associates, the world’s HR Outsourcing leader that does
recruitment for Sun Microsystems in the whole EMEA. Recruitment
in France, Italy and Portugal. Reporting and supporting a team of
Recruitment Specialists.
November 2006/January 2007 – Journalist in the International
section at the Radio Clube Português, the oldest privately held
radio in Portugal
September 2002/February 2005 – HR assistant at Amec/Spie,
contracted to Total E&P Angola as Recruitment Officer.
Responsible for selecting and hiring technicians and engineers, for
the whole lifecycle of the recruitment process and integration of

Portugal, Brazil and South Africa

- November 2000/July 2002 – Moved to Sykes France as PKI
Manager (Process, Knowledge and Information), responsible for
Training, Procedures and Quality and new implementations in a
Contact Centre with 350 seats. COPC 2000 Quality Standard
Registered Coordinator, certification achieved in Dublin,
January 2001
- April 2000 /November 2000 – Promoted to Account Services and
Support Manager in Sykes Amsterdam. Responsible for three
accounts with a total of 35 employees. Financial, recruitment,

- January 1999 – Started as Customer Support Representative for
