ÉDITORIAL
Les rudesses de l’hiver sont je l’espère derrière nous et c’est avec quelques jours de congés bien mérités que certains
d’entre vous vont aborder la transition vers le mois de Mars, annonciateur du printemps et du renouveau.
Dans ce numéro du mois de Mars, je souhaite exprimer à nouveau mon désir de voir l’ICSN mener avec conviction,
méthode et détermination, la préparation de son devenir. Tout est en place : comité de direction avec des responsables
compétents, reconnus internationalement et appréciés de tous, conseil de laboratoire réuni très régulièrement, pour assurer un
dialogue efficace et constructif…et toute suggestion est bienvenue.
J’espère que le regain printanier nous permettra d’être tous en excellente forme, qu’il verra vos travaux couronnés de
succès, qu’il offrira à notre institut les moyens de poursuivre sa rénovation dans les meilleures conditions et à la satisfaction de
tous.
Je ne saurais achever sans rendre hommage à Laurence Stephen qui après une dizaine d’année de dévouement à
l’ICSN a migré chez nos collègues universitaires d’Orsay. Elle a souhaité faire évoluer sa carrière en apportant toute sa
compétence à une de leurs écoles doctorales, nous lui souhaitons tous un total succès dans sa nouvelle mission.
Enfin soyez bien assurés que je reste disponible pour chacun et vous souhaite à tous un excellent printemps.

attribué au personnage de « Massacre à la tronçonneuse »
et celle du meilleur groupe déguisé attribué à la team
«Tetris», nous pouvons aussi féliciter nos acteurs
Français «Omar Sy» et «Jean Dujardin» qui furent
nommés meilleurs acteurs durant la cérémonie des Césars
et celle des Oscars. Bravo aussi à tous les autres !

Le mois de Mars sera, pour certains, synonymes de stress avec les
mi-thèses qui approchent à grand pas. Nous souhaitons donc bon courage
aux étudiants de 2ème année et nous vous inviterons à décompresser durant une
soirée organisée par le CEI.
Et les garçons, n’oubliez pas le Jeudi 8 Mars, c’est la journée de la
femme, soyez encore plus attentionnés qu’à l’habitude !
