the outside to the inside, a few mm from the
end of the guide.

B • Guider avec precaution le segment de nerf a
rinterieur du manchon en tirant sur la suture de
maniere a introduire le segment de nerf dans le
conduit. Terminer la suture par un nceud fixe en
evitant toute tension. Rineer avec precaution la
lumiere du conduit avec une solution saline sterile.

Carefully guide the nerve segment inside the
sleeve by pulling the suture so as to insert the
nerve segment into the guide. End the suture
with a fixed knot, avoiding any tension.
Carefully rinse the guide lumen with sterile
saline solution.
