The Government of French Polynesia has reserved rooms for participants at the Radisson
Plaza Resort Tahiti at special rates ranging from XPF 13,830, all taxes included (about USD
150 or Euros 116), for 2 people to XPF 20,670, all taxes included (about USD 225 or Euros

Airport transfers and transport

The transport company Tahiti Nui Travel has been designated by French Polynesia to
transport participants for free, which will only cover:

Airport-hotel transfers upon arrival and hotel-airport transfers at departure (for
participants who provide the following information in advance: flight number,
arrival and departure times) from 29 November to 15 December 2010, (including
participants staying in hotels other than the Radisson)
