including moderating numerous Lancaster House Audio Conferences, co-authoring Just
Cause: The Law of Summary Dismissal in Canada (Canada Law Books), which he has
updated annually since 1998, and authoring both the Ontario and Federal Employment
& Labour Law and Commentary (LexisNexis).
