Introduction
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA is a dual syringesystem to whiten the teeth in the dental office quickly and easily --- normally in a single session.
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA is available in 2
variations: 38% Hydrogen Peroxide (H²O²) recommended mainly
for bleaching without lamp. LIGHT (32% HP) for the use with
bleaching lamps or laser. (Especially recommended for use with
the WHITEsmile Whitening Lamp).
The use of both variations is exactly the same other than using
a bleaching lamp during working time of the gel or not. The gel
is highly viscous to prevent dripping. It can be applied easily to
the teeth using the mixing tips. The mixed gel is red. The used
syringe can be re-closed allowing the remaining gel to be used
for the next patient, with a new mixing tip.
Warning
Because of the high concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA is highly reactive. To
avoid contact with skin or eyes we recommend the use of
gloves and safety goggles. If the gel does come into contact
with skin, remove it and rinse immediately with water. White
spots may appear in the affected area and you may experience
a burning sensation. The symptoms should disappear after
approx. 30–60minutes. If the gel comes into contact with the
eyes, rinse immediately and consult a doctor. Any dental work
(crowns, fillings etc.) should be done 1–2weeks after the
treatment in order to match the colour of the newly whitened
teeth. Please note that the adhesive strength of any dental work

may be lessened in the 2–3days following bleaching treatment. Do not perform whitening treatments under anaesthetic.
WHITEsmile does not recommend the use of POWER WHITENING gel on patients who are pregnant, lactating or under the age
of 16.
After less than one hour your patient will be able to enjoy his
new white smile – thanks to your treatment.
The tooth colour after treatment should also be documented for
your records. After the treatment apply a fluoride varnish to the
teeth. You can finish off the treatment and lower the risk of
unpleasant sensitivity for the patient With AFTER WHITENING
MOUSSE – apply to the teeth and leave for about 10minutes.
Recommend WHITEsmile WHITENING TOOTHPASTE with 30%
Xylitol to your patient to maintain results and protect the teeth.
1) Preparation
x After examining the patient the current tooth colour should
be documented. It may be advisable to begin the treatment
with a professional teeth cleaning. The teeth should be kept
free by using a lip holder, lip retractor or similar instrument. If
necessary, use cotton wool balls and apply Vaseline to the
patient’s lips.
Side effects
If the patient feels a burning sensation in the mouth, treatment
should be stopped at once and the gel should be removed. Sensitivity can be reduced by using a fluoride gel or AFTER WHITENING MOUSSE after the treatment. For safety reasons, the patient should also wear safety goggles. For further information
please refer to the general WHITEsmile instructions for dentists.
2) Application of GINGIVA PROTECTOR
x Attach the dispensing tip to the top of the syringe of the
GINGIVA PROTECTOR.
x Dry the gingiva carefully to ensure that the GINGIVA PROTECTOR will hold and seal during the complete treatment.
Place the GINGIVA PROTECTOR directly on the gingiva and
cover 3–4mm of the gingiva and 0.5–1mm of the teeth.
Now light-cure the GINGIVA PROTECTOR with a UV-lamp for
30 – 40 seconds in an arching movement over the material.
Instead of the GINGIVA PROTECTOR a rubber dam can be
used.
Storage and shelf life
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA 38% should be stored
in a cool place or refrigerator (4–12°C). The expiry date on the
package or syringe refers only to products that have been
stored correctly. Do not freeze the gel and protect it from heat
and sunlight.
Tip: The gingiva protector can also be light cured with the
WHITEsmile WHITENING LAMP!

3) Whitening procedure
x Attach the mixing tip to the top of the dual-syringe of the
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA. Apply the gel directly to the surface of the teeth (to whiten single teeth,
GINGIVA PROTECTOR and the WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA can also be applied lingual). The gel should be
applied about 1–2mm thick (avoid contact with other parts
of the body and clothes).
x Allow the gel to work about 12–15minutes. Reduce the
application time and cycles if patient experiences sensitivity.
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA can also be activated with a curing lamp (10 seconds for each tooth is
enough). Special bleaching lamps or lasers can also be used
(check with the manufacturers for details about this kind of
usage). The material breaks down faster, so the treatment
time can be reduced to 10minutes.
x Remove the gel from the teeth using suction – do not rinse –
then apply a fresh layer of gel to the teeth. This process can
be repeated three times.
x After the last treatment remove the gel first using suction and
then by rinsing.
x Now the GINGIVA PROTECTOR, lip holder and cotton wool
balls can be removed. Finally the patient should rinse their
mouth with warm water.

WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA gibt es in 2 Arten: 38%
Wasserstoffperoxid (HP) --- hauptsächlich für Zahnaufhellung ohne

Sie können das rötlich gefärbte Gel direkt aus der Mischkanüle auf
die Zähne auftragen --- seine viskose Konsistenz verhindert unbeabsichtigtes Tropfen oder Wegfließen. Unverbrauchtes Gel lässt sich in
der verschlossenen Spritze aufbewahren und nach Aufsetzen einer
neuen Mischkanüle erneut anwenden.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
Aufgrund des hohen Wasserstoff Peroxid-Anteils ist WHITEsmile
POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA sehr reaktionsfreudig. Vermeiden Sie
daher jeden Hautkontakt und tragen Sie Handschuhe und eine
Schutzbrille. Gelangt das Gel auf die Haut, spülen Sie es sofort mit
viel Wasser ab. Die betroffenen Hautpartien können weiße Flächen
bilden und brennen; diese Symptome verschwinden nach 30--60Minuten wieder. Bei Kontakt mit den Augen ist mit viel Wasser
gründlich zu spülen und zusätzlich ein Augenarzt aufzusuchen. Wichtig: Für eine korrekte Farbanpassung sollten Sie eventuelle Restaurationen frühestens 1---2Wochen nach einer Aufhellungsbehandlung
vornehmen. Beachten Sie, dass die Haftung adhäsiver Materialien
noch bis zu 3Tage nach der Aufhellung verringert ist. Führen Sie die

Dokumentieren Sie nun das Behandlungsergebnis, indem Sie die
neue Zahnfarbe feststellen. Bringen Sie einen Fluoridlack auf. Mit
AFTER WHITENING MOUSSE --- auf die Zähne aufbringen und ca.
10Minuten einwirken lassen, können Sie die Behandlung abrunden
und Empfindlichkeitsreaktionen vorbeugen. Empfehlen Sie dem
Patienten WHITEsmile WHITENING TOOTHPASTE mit 30% Xylitol zur
optimalen Pflege seines neuen, weißen Lächelns.
1) Vor der Behandlung
x Nach Untersuchung und Beratung des Patienten sollten Sie die
aktuelle Zahnfarbe feststellen und dokumentieren. Führen Sie
eventuell eine professionelle Zahnreinigung durch. Halten Sie die
zu behandelnden Zähne mit einem Lippenhalter frei. Verwenden
Sie ggf. auch Watterollen und bestreichen Sie die Lippen mit Vaseline.
Nebenwirkungen
Sollte der Patient ein Brennen verspüren, ist die Behandlung sofort
abzubrechen und das Gel vollständig zu entfernen. Sensibilitäten der
Zähne können eventuell mit einer nachfolgenden Fluoridierung reduziert werden; auch AFTER WHITENING MOUSSE zeigt hier gute Ergebnisse. Beachten Sie auch die allgemeinen Anwendungshinweise
über WHITEsmile Zahnaufhellungs-Produkte für Zahnärzte.
2) Auftragen des GINGIVA PROTECTOR
x Schrauben Sie die Applikationskanüle auf die GINGIVA
PROTECTOR Spritze.
x Trocknen Sie die Zähne und das Zahnfleisch gründlich, damit der
GINGIVA PROTECTOR während der gesamten Behandlung gut
haftet und abdichtet. Tragen Sie GINGIVA PROTECTOR direkt auf
die Gingiva auf: Vom Gingivalrand her sollten vom Zahn ca. 0,5--1mm und von der Gingiva 3---4mm überdeckt werden. Der
GINGIVA PROTECTOR wird nun mit bogenförmigen Bewegungen
lichtgehärtet (ca. 30---40Sekunden). Statt des GINGIVA
PROTECTORs kann auch ein Kofferdamm verwendet werden.
Lagerung und Haltbarkeit
Lagern Sie WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA 38% stets an
einem kühlen Ort oder im Kühlschrank (4---12°C). Das Material darf
nicht frieren oder Hitze und direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt sein.
Das Haltbarkeitsdatum auf Spritze und Verpackung bezieht sich nur
auf korrekt gelagertes Material.
Tipp: Der Gingiva Protector kann auch mit der WHITEsmile WHITENING LAMPE ausgehärtet werden.
3) Der Aufhellungsvorgang
x Nun die Mischkanüle auf die Doppelkammer-Spritze aufstecken
und festdrehen. Tragen Sie WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel

XTRA auf die vestibuläre Fläche der Zähne auf (beim Aufhellen
einzelner Zähne können GINGIVA PROTECTOR und Gel auch zusätzlich lingual aufgebracht werden). Die Schichtdicke sollte ca.
1---2mm stark sein; tragen Sie das Gel nicht zu dick auf, die
Schichtdicke nimmt während des Bleichvorganges noch zu. Ein
Kontakt des Gels mit anderen Körperteilen oder Kleidungsstücken
ist zu vermeiden.
x Die Einwirkzeit des Gels ohne zusätzliche Aktivierung beträgt ca.
12---15Minuten. Mit einer Lichthärtelampe erwärmt, kann das
Gel schneller aktiviert werden (30Sekunden pro Zahn sind ausreichend). Die Verwendung von speziellen Whitening Lampen oder
Lasern ist ebenfalls möglich (Einwirkzeit ca. 10Minuten). Bei Verwendung von Lasern wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller des LaserGerätes für Details bei der Zahnaufhellung.
x Danach ist das Gel abzusaugen (nicht spülen) und erneut frisches
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA aufzutragen. Nach Bedarf kann der Vorgang 2---3mal wiederholt werden.
x Nach der letzten Anwendung sollte das Gel zunächst abgesaugt
und dann unter Absaugen abgespült werden. Danach sind der
GINGIVA PROTECTOR, die Watterollen und der Lippenhalter zu
entfernen. Der Patient sollte nun gründlich mit warmem Wasser
ausspülen.

pour un blanchiment dentaire des plus rapides. Vous n’avez besoin,
normalement, qu’une seule séance.
Le WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA est disponible en
deux versions : Peroxyde d’hydrogène (HP): 38% - surtout pour le
blanchiment des dents sans lampe. LIGHT (HP 32%) : pour l’emploi

Précautions d’emploi
En raison de sa haute concentration en peroxyde, le WHITEsmile
POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA est très réactif. Evitez donc tout
contact avec la peau. Portez des gants et des lunettes de protection. En cas de contact avec la peau, rincez immédiatement à

blanchiment WHITEsmile fait preuve dans ce cas-là de très bons
résultats. Veuillez lire attentivement la notice sur la gamme de

2) Application du GINGIVA PROTECTOR
x Vissez les canules d’application sur la seringue GINGIVA
PROTECTOR.
x Séchez minutieusement les dents et la gencive, afin que le
GINGIVA PROTECTOR ait une bonne adhérence et un bon calfeutrage tout le long du traitement. Etalez GINGIVA PROTECTOR directement sur la gencive, couvrant ainsi, à partir du
bord de la gencive, 0,5à1mm de la dent et 3à4mm de la
gencive. Vous pouvez maintenant durcir le GINGIVA PROTECTOR au moyen de la lampe au laser en formant des mouvements circulaires (pendant environ 30à40secondes)
Conservation et date de validité
Maintenez le WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA 38 %
dans un endroit frais ou dans le réfrigérateur (4–12°C). Le
matériel ne doit pas être gelé et être protégé de la lumière directe. La date de validation de la seringue et de l’emballage ne
dépend que du bon stockage du produit.
Information: Vous pouvez durcir le Gingiva Protector au moyen

3) La procédure de blanchiment
x Insérez maintenant les canules d’application sur la seringue à

1à2mm environ. Faites attention à ne pas appliquer une
trop grosse épaisseur de gel, celui-ci grossissant encore pendant le processus de blanchiment. Evitez tout contact du gel
avec toute autre partie du corps et des vêtements.
x Le temps d’application du gel dure de 10à15minutes, sans
aucune aide supplémentaire. Si vous utilisez une lampe au laser, le gel s’activera plus vite (30seconde par dents). Vous
pouvez également utilisez d’autre lampes de blanchiment
spécialisées (10minutes de temps d’application environ). En
cas d’utilisation d’un laser, n’hésitez pas à demander conseil
auprès du fabricant des appareils laser, pour avoir de plus
amples renseignements concernant le blanchiment des
dents.
x Après avoir aspiré le gel (ne pas rincer !), appliquez de nouveau du WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA frais. Selon le besoin vous pouvez renouveler les étapes 2à3encore
une fois.
x Après la dernière utilisation, aspirez en premier lieu le gel et
ensuite enlevez-le à l’eau tout en aspirant. Enfin enlevez le
protecteur de gencive, les cotons et le support à lèvres. Laissez le patient se rincez minutieusement à l’eau tiède.

un especialmente rápido y eficaz esclarecimiento dental: Usted
necesita en caso normal solo una sesión.
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA existe en dos variantes:
Peróxido de hidrógeno al 38% (PH) --- principalmente para el
esclarecimiento sin lámpara. LIGHT (32% PH) para ser utilizado con
lámpara de blanqueamiento o láser (especialmente recomendado
uso con la lámpara de blanqueamiento WHITEsmile WHITENING
LAMP).
La utilización de ambas variantes idéntica salvo el uso de la
lámpara de blanqueamiento durante el período de influencia del
gel. Usted puede aplicar directamente el gel de color rojo desde la
cánula mezcladora sobre los dientes. Su consistencia viscosa
impide un goteo o desplazamiento involuntario. Gel no utilizado
permite ser guardado en la misma jeringa y reutilizado empleando
otra cánula mezcladora.
Medidas de seguridad
A causa de la alta concentración de peróxido, WHITEsmile POWER
WHITENING Gel XTRA es altamente reactivo. Evite por ello el
contacto con los ojos y use guantes y gafas de protección. En caso
de contacto con la piel, lave la zona inmediatamente con bastante
agua. En las zonas afectadas pueden formarse manchas y ardores.
En caso de contacto con los ojos, limpiarlos bien con bastante agua
y contactar con un oftalmólogo. Importante: Para que el color sea
el mismo, deberían hacerse las eventuales restauraciones entre
1y2semanas (como mínimo) después de un tratamiento de
blanqueamiento. Observe que los materiales adhesivos tienen

necesario utilizar un protector de ojos para el paciente y para el
usuario. Para otras lámparas de blanqueamiento siga las
instrucciones de su fabricante.
1) Antes del tratamiento
x Tras la revisión y el asesoramiento al paciente, se debe dejar
constancia y documentar el color actual de los dientes. Lleve
a cabo una limpieza bucal profesional. Mantenga despejada
la zona dental a tratar con abrabocas (retractor de carrillos o
algún instrumento parecido). En caso de ser necesario, utilice
rollos de algodón y aplique vaselina sobre los labios del
paciente.
En menos de una hora, Vd. puede regalarles a sus pacientes
una sonrisa completamente nueva! Documente el resultado del
tratamiento. Aplique un barniz de flúor. Con AFTER WHITENING
MOUSSE –extenderlo sobre los dientes y dejar actúar unos
10minutos- podrá terminar usted su tratamiento. Recomiende a
sus pacientes la pasta de dientes blanqueadora WHITEsmile
WHITENING TOOTHPASTE con un 30% de Xylitol para el
cuidado óptimo de su nueva y blanca sonrisa.
2) Aplicación del GINGIVA PROTECTOR
x Coloque la punta dosificadora en el extremo de la jeringa del
GINGIVA PROTECTOR.
x Seque con cuidado los dientes y las encías para asegurarse
de que el GINGIVA PROTECTOR permanezca sellado y
adherido durante todo el tratamiento. Aplique el GINGIVA
PROTECTOR directamente sobre las encías y cubra de
3a4mm éstas y de 0,5a1mm. los dientes. Luego, realice el
fotocurado con una lámpara de luz ultravioleta de
30a40segundos con movimientos semicirculares. En lugar
del GINGIVA PROTECTOR también se puede usar una goma

Efectos secundarios
Si el paciente sintiera ardor en la boca, se debe interrumpir el

Almacenamiento y tiempo de conservación
Guarde WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA 38% en lugar
fresco o en el frigorífico (4–12°C). El material no puede
congelarse, calentarse o exponerse a la luz solar. La fecha de
caducidad en la jeringa y en el envase se refieren sólo al
material correctamente conservado.

Introduzione
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA è un pratico e
semplice sistema di sbiancamento dentale con siringa a doppia camera, per l’utilizzo presso lo studio del dentista. Funziona normalmente in una singola seduta.
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA è disponibile in due
formulazioni: 38% di Perossido di Idrogeno --- (H²O²) raccomandato prevalentemente per lo sbiancamento senza lampada. LIGHT (32% di Perossido di Idrogeno) per l’utilizzo con
lampada sbiancante o laser. (raccomandato specificatamente
per l’uso con la lampada sbiancante WHITEsmile).
L’applicazione delle due diverse formule è lo stesso indipendentemente dall’utilizzo della lampada durante l’azione del
gel. Il gel è altamente viscoso per evitare colature. Si applica
facilmente ai denti grazie alle punte di miscelazione. Il gel
miscelato è di colore rosso. La siringa iniziata può essere
richiusa e riutilizzata per il paziente successivo applicando
una nuova punta.
3) El procedimiento de blanqueamiento
x Poner la cánula de mezcla en la jeringa de doble cámara y
apriete. Aplique el WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA
sobre la superficie labial de los dientes (para blanquear
dientes por separado, también es posible aplicar el gel y el
protector gingival de forma lingual). La capa del gel debe
tener un espesor de 1a2mm. No extienda demasiado gel, ya
que durante el proceso de blanqueamiento aumenta
automáticamente su grosor.
x La actuación del gel sin otros principios activos es de entre
12y15min. El WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA
también puede activarse con una lámpara de fotocurado
(30seg. por cada diente es suficiente). Asimismo, se pueden
utilizar lámparas especiales para blanqueamiento dental.
(Tiempo de actuación: 10minutos aproximadamente). En
caso del uso del láser, diríjase al fabricante del aparato para
pedirle detalles sobre el blanqueamiento.
x Luego, quite el gel de los dientes absorbiéndolo (no enjuagar)
y aplique nuevamente más gel sobre los dientes. En caso de
necesidad esta operación se puede repetir 2ó3 veces.
x Tras la última aplicación, se aspira el gel y después se
enjuaga mientras se aspira.
x Después se retiran el GINGIVA PROTECTOR, el abrebocas y
los algodones. Por último, el paciente debe enjuagar la boca
con agua tibia.
Avvertenze
A causa dell’alta concentrazione di Perossido di Idrogeno,
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA è molto reattivo.
Per evitare il contatto con la pelle o con gli occhi si raccomanda l’uso di guanti e occhiali protettivi. Se il gel entra in
contatto con la pelle, rimuoverlo immediatamente e sciacquare subito con acqua abbondante. Delle macchie bianche potrebbero apparire con una sensazione di bruciore. I sintomi
dovrebbero sparire in circa 30---60 minuti. Se il gel entra in
contatto con gli occhi, sciacquare immediatamente e consul-

tare un medico specialista. Prima di effettuare eventuali restauri, lasciare che la tonalità sia stabilizzata ed aspettare 1 --2 settimane. Non applicare nessun restauro adesivo nei 15
giorni seguenti al trattamento dato che il potere adesivo è
molto ridotto in questo periodo. Non effettuare un trattamento di sbiancamento sotto anestesia locale. Finora non ci sono
ricerche cliniche per quanto concerne eventuali effetti collaterali. Comunque un trattamento è sconsigliato per le donne
in gravidanza o in fase di allattamento, per le persone diabetiche o cardiopatiche come pure per i giovani al di sotto dei 16
anni.
Quando si utilizza la lampada:
Mettere la lampada vicino alla bocca del paziente durante
l‘applicazione del gel e girarla. Nel caso della WHITEsmile
WHITENING LAMP gli occhiali di sicurezza per il paziente e per
l‘operatore sono obbligatori. Per le altre lampade sbiancanti
seguire le istruzioni del produttore.
Dopo meno di 1 ora, il paziente potrà godersi il suo nuovo
sorriso, grazie al trattamento del dentista. Il colore dei denti
dopo il l’applicazione può essere poi annotato. Dopo il trattamento applicare ai denti un trattamento al fluoro. Si può
completare il trattamento ed abbassare il rischio di sensibilità
con la AFTER WHITENING MOUSSE --- mousse desensibilizzante. Applicarla sui denti e lasciarla agire per circa 10 minuti.
Raccomandare l’uso del dentifricio sbiancante remineralizzante WHITEsmile WHITENING TOOTHPASTE con il 30% di Xilitolo
per il mantenimento del risultato e per la protezione dei denti.
1) Preparazione
x Dopo aver esaminato il paziente, bisogna documentare il
colore attuale dei denti. Potrebbe essere consigliabile iniziare il trattamento con una pulizia professionale dei denti.
Mantenere aperte le labbra con un’apribocca per scoprire i
denti da trattare. Applicare una crema protettiva sulle labbra.
Effetti collaterali
Se il paziente dovesse sentirsi bruciare, interrompere immediatamente il trattamento e togliere il gel. Un posttrattamento con un gel al fluoro può ridurre la sensibilità dei
denti. L’AFTER WHITENING MOUSSE ha dato ottimi risultati in
questi casi.
2) Applicazione della diga – GINGIVA PROTECTOR
x Inserire la punta di applicazione alla siringa della diga GINGIVA PROTECTOR.
x Asciugare la gengiva con molta cura per garantire una buona adesione del prodotto, condizione per una protezione efficace durante tutto il trattamento. Avvitare la punta
d’applicazione sulla siringa GINGIVA PROTECTOR. Applicare
il prodotto direttamente sulle gengive, coprendo così 0.5--1mm dei denti e 3---4mm delle gengive. Indurire il protettore delle gengive con una lampada per la polimerizzazione
formando dei movimenti circolari (per 30---40 secondi).
Modalità e tempi di conservazione
Mantenere il gel WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING XTRA 38% in
un luogo asciutto in frigorifero (4---12°C). Il gel non deve essere congelato e deve stare al riparo dalla luce. La data di scadenza del prodotto è riferita ad una corretta modalità di conservazione.

3) Procedura di sbiancamento
x Inserire e bloccare la punta miscelatrice sulla siringa a
doppia-camera del WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel
XTRA. Applicare il gel direttamente sulla superficie dei denti (per sbiancare un solo dente GINGIVA PROTECTOR e
WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING Gel XTRA possono essere
applicati anche lingualmente). Il gel va applicato con uno
spessore di 1---2mm (evitare il contatto con altre parti del
corpo e con i vestiti).
x Lasciare agire il gel per circa 12---15 minuti. Ridurre il tempo di applicazione ed il numero di cicli se il paziente dovesse accusare sensibilità. WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING
Gel XTRA può essere attivato anche tramite una lampada
dedicata. Anche il laser può essere utilizzato (controllare i
dettagli del produttore per questo particolare utilizzo).
x Dopo l’aspirazione del gel (NON risciaquare), applicare un
nuovo strato di WHITEsmile POWER WHITENING. A seconda
dei casi, si può procedere ad una terza applicazione del gel.
x Dopo l’ultimo trattamento rimuovere il gel prima aspirando,
poi risciacquando.
x Togliere la protezione gengivale, il cotone e l’apribocca. Il
paziente deve risciacquarsi con acqua tiepida e con molta
cura.
