Upon receiving a request on July 12, 2005 by the Municipal Employees’ Pension Commission pursuant
to subsection 18(4) of The Municipal Employees’ Pension Act, the Board of Revenue Commissioners pursuant
to subsection 18(1)(b) of The Revenue and Financial Services Act authorizes to attach, and hereby orders to
attach, amounts payable by the Minister of Finance of the Province of Saskatchewan to the Rural Municipality
of Meadow Lake No. 588 in the maximum amount of $96,219.80 payable to and which is the amount owing to
the Municipal Employees’ Pension Commission.

REDUCTION AND EXTENSION OF LANDS TO THE OLD GUARD
CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT AREA NO. 38
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 9 of the The Conservation and Development Act,
R.S.S. 1978, cC-27, and in accordance with a resolution and statutory declaration presented to me by the Old
Guard Conservation and Development Area No. 38 and the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority pursuant
to the said Act, I, Nancy Heppner, Minister Responsible for Saskatchewan Watershed Authority, order that
the boundaries of the Old Guard Conservation and Development Area No. 38 be reduced by withdrawing
the following land, all of which are in the Province of Saskatchewan and being West of the Second Meridian,
namely:
In Township 15, Range 25
the east half of the north‑east quarter of Section 32;
and extended by adding the following land, all of which is in the Province of Saskatchewan and being West of
the Second Meridian, namely:
In Township 15, Range 25
the north half of the north‑east quarter of Section 32.

Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission — Bylaw Amendments
THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw 231.1 be amended as follows:
“Pursuant to clause 6(3)(b) of the Act, the Board of Directors of the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®
shall appoint, by a majority vote of the Directors, an individual who is a registrant to serve a vacancy of a
Commission member elected pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Act. This individual shall meet all qualifications
established in the Act, regulations and bylaws to represent the region in which the vacancy has occurred”.
THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw 730 be amended as follows:
“The following approved forms, provided by the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®, shall be
mandatory:
(a) Residential Contract of Purchase and Sale (does not apply to the sale of new condominiums);
(b) Schedule “C”: Special Conditions for Contract of Purchase and Sale of a Condominium Unit (does
not apply to the sale of new condominiums);
(c) Counter Offer to Residential Contract of Purchase and Sale;
