The Municipalities Act
[sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62 and 63 ]

Alteration of boundaries —
between the town of raymore and the rural municipality of mount hope No. 279
1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Raymore
has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs.
2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will
be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant
to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that:
(a) the boundaries of the Town of Raymore and the Rural Municipality of Mount Hope No. 279 be altered by
withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A;
(b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Raymore;
and
(c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order.

The boundaries of the Town of Raymore are altered by adding to the town and withdrawing from the Rural
Municipality of Mount Hope No. 279 the territory lying within Township 28, Range 19, West of the Second
Meridian and described as:
(1) Commencing at the north-west corner of Parcel B, then westerly along the projection westerly of the
northern limit of Parcel B a distance of 214.04 metres, then southerly and parallel to the western boundary
of Parcel B a distance of 187.89 metres, then easterly and parallel to the north boundary a distance of 302.43
metres to the western boundary of Highway Plan 59H00123, then northerly along the western boundary
of Highway Plan 59H00123 to the southerly limit of the service road lying east of Parcel B, then westerly

Establishment of Speed zones — provincial highway no. 30
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, effective immediately, pursuant to section 20.1 of The Highways and
Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister establishes a speed zone under Schedule B by erecting official signs
stating the speed limit at the following location:
• 60 km/h on Provincial Highway No. 30 from a point 590 m south of its intersection with Second St. in
the Village of Brock to a point 370 m north of its intersection with Second St. in the Village of Brock.

ESTABLISHMENT OF A NO PARKING ZONE — PROVINCIAL HIGHWAY NO. 15
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, effective immediately, pursuant to subection 20(2) of The Highways and
Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister establishes a no parking zone by erecting official signs stating that
parking is prohibited within the following boundaries on Provincial Highway No. 15:
• In the Town of Ituna on both sides of Provincial Highway No. 15, from a point 30 m south of the pedestrian
crosswalk directly adjacent to the side walk extending from St. Anne’s Home to a point 30 m north of the
pedestrian crosswalk directly adjacent to the side walk extending from St. Anne’s Home.

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submissions to The Saskatchewan Gazette is 5 p.m. on the Monday of
the week of publication. If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m.
of the previous Friday. Please allow yourself at least one full week to ensure mail delivery of Gazette
submissions. Publication of any material received late will be delayed until the following week’s issue.
All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (WordPerfect
or Word) accompanied by a signed hard copy to the Office of the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan Justice,
B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel. (306)787-2367, or by E-mail: [email protected].
Each document or disk must be complete in the form required for publication and must be separate from
the covering letter. Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearly printed immediately below
the written signatures.
Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in The Saskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients.
Cheques or money orders must be made payable to the Queen’s Printer Revolving Fund. Please include the
GST in addition to regular charges at the rate of 5% each for those items listed below under “GST Payable”.
