Clinical Research project Manager CHU Sainte‐Justine Research Center Project Dr. Patricia Conrod, Associate Professor at the University of Montreal’s Department of Psychiatry, Clinical Psychologist and Researcher at Sainte‐Justine University Hospital Research Center, is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to successfully coordinate several research projects in her Montreal lab. Job Description and responsibilities 



The scientific and logistical coordination of an ongoing randomized longitudinal trial; Database management; Administrative supervision of a smaller trial; Lead the RBC Innovation project development which would involve initiating, developing and monitoring new projects and developing new partnerships;  Working closely with Dr Conrod to optimize access to prevention programs;  Knowledge brokering (Work closely with Dr Conrod to pilot the knowledge transfer committee and mandate);  Administrative and logistical management of the lab;  Internal and external communications;  Manage budgets;  Manage the approval, renewal, amendments and all other Ethics certificates issues and details;  Support different processes of article drafting, submission and sharing within the team;  Research event planning. The project manager will be responsible for the timely submission of deliverables and reports to the CIHR, HR and Accounting services at CHU Sainte‐Justine, as well as the CHU Sainte‐
Justine Foundation. Requirements and skills •

Experience in research project coordination, quantitative and qualitative health research experience (5 years); Experience with longitudinal data collection; Good knowledge of research ethics procedures; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Previous experience in research in mental health, psychiatry, pediatrics, neurosciences and biomedical sciences would be an asset; Proficient in English and French (spoken and written). Education •

Master's degree in a relevant discipline + 4 years’ experience; PhD in sociology, child psychiatry, psychology, clinical sciences or other relevant discipline; Non‐essential but beneficial training •

Project management training; Clinical research training. Terms of employment Salary range: 50 000 $ to 65 000 $/ year Status: Full‐time, 35 hours/ week The salary and other conditions of employment will be based on years of relevant experience recognized.
